Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Villa ist bisschen außerhalb von Fethiyes Stadtkern. Ohne Mobilität ist es bisschen schwierig. Eine perfekte Sommer Location (generell sind hohe Räume mit den Klimageräten im Winter schwer zu heizen).

Fatih met us at the villa for check in, and was always contactable if we needed. The Villa is large, luxurious and beautiful. You will need your own transport. Lots of friendly neighbourhood cats and dogs.

Leider mussten wir wegen einer (sehr ärgerlichen) Annullierung des Fluges mit SunExpress unseren Urlaub stornieren. Saime hat uns trotz der nahezu unmöglichen Weitervermietung kulanter Weise die Buchungskosten erstattet. Das hätten wir definitiv nicht erwartet. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm mit sehr schnellen Reaktionszeiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall einen neuen Versuch starten, sobald es unsere Zeit erlaubt. Nochmals sorry, Saime, für die Umstände sowie herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

We really enjoyed staying at Erol’s place. The location is convenient, even though there is no public transportation nearby, but taxis arrive very quickly, and for 400 lira you can get to the city center. The beach is within walking distance from the house, but we also visited many other beaches around Fethiye. Erol was always available and helped with any questions we had. Thank you! We hope to come back again.

muhteşem bir 3 gün geçirdik. her yer çok temizdi. çarşaflar bembeyaz ve herşey ütülüydü hiç bir eksik yoktu herşey fazlasıyla mevcuttu sıcak su sıkıntısı hiç yoktu evin konumu çok iyiydi ve sakindi sahile 10 dakka en fazla yürüme mesafesinde ydi saniye hanım 10 numara ev sahibiydi çok ilgili kibar bir ev sahibiydi her şey çok iyiydi TEŞEKKÜRLER 🥰🥰

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

Мы отлично провели время! В квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Есть абсолютно все до мелочей. Дом расположен на подъеме, но зато какой потрясающий вид открывается из окон!!! Вид на море, город и горы. Ayhan отличный хозяин и умеет принимать гостей! Он был всегда на связи и готов был решить любой вопрос. Очень благодарны ему за такой прием!

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.
