serene, beautiful location. Extremely well kept property. we stayed in Morning glory and not just the bedroom but also the shared living and kitchen spaces were thoughfully designed and meticulously maintained! Really loved the systems they have in place that make us feel right at home - like having ready tea and coffee decoctions all day and you can just make your own when required. breakfast was delicious and prepared with lots of love and care. Loved interacting with Kanjum the dog, who was extremely friendly and loving all in all, loved the short stay and would love to visit again

This was a truly wonderful stay for me. Lakshman and his wife are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly - they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure I had a nice day. A special mention to the local Coorgi food that was prepared for me - so tasty and a great chance to sample local cuisine. Finally, the property itself is lovely - it’s housed on Lakshman’s coffee estate, in peaceful surroundings and near to Nagarhole. There’s also three sweet dogs to play with during your stay - would highly recommend! :)

Rainforest retreat is a beautiful getaway close to Madikeri. The Luna cottage is relatively easier to access than some of the other cottages in the plantation. There's plenty to do in and around the plantation - bird watching, hiking, learning about medicinal plants, etc. The food was excellent and Ravi Anna was very helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend Rainforest Retreat to anyone looking to spend more time in nature and enjoy organic food and a sustainable way of living.

Our holiday in Nagarhole/Kutta was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was cozy and offered stunning scenic views, conveniently located just a short drive from the Tiger Sanctuary. The caretakers went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay, providing delicious meals, organizing evening bonfires, and promptly addressing all our needs. I highly recommend Vansukh for an unforgettable vacation experience.

A lovely place to absorb sights and sounds of nature : wake up with the sound of cock crowing in mornings with warm sunlight stream into the bedroom window, clean and fresh air, views of coffee estates around the property. The mini farm/zoo is definitely a plus point making the place family friendly. It was a wonderful stay with good food and excellent hosts.

The place was very peaceful. The breakfast was scrumptious. The host was very helpful and was able to guide very well. The place was very clean and totally loved it.

We booked the one with living room and stayed for 5 days, the stay was very comfortable, swiggy delivers there, you got Netflix and a very clean bathroom, Zuhaina was so sweet to us recommending good places to eat and see. The WiFi works well, if you wish to work from there it’s a plus! Coming back to this place after the treks and sightseeing was heavenly.

It's a beautiful place with a cute little balcony. The host is very helpful and friendly. Anything you require will be at your doorstep at any hour of the day. It's peaceful to sit on the balcony enjoying the view. Didn't expect a stay like this is this budget. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.

The property aptly matched the description and is located in a very calm and peaceful environment with very good accessibility. All the required amenities are available to suit short and long term stays. The host, was jovial, responsive and accommodative. I would highly recommend this property for any one visiting mysore and looking for a cordial stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Eden. Such a charming, mimimalist, spotless house, and from its hilltop vantage has a wide vista of hills and tea estates. The lovingly tended flowers and plants add colour to the house and lawn. It is peaceful, light and airy and it was a delight to be woken up by birdsong. The best part of Eden are the hosts - Sindhu and Jose, who have together built the house and created this oasis in a quiet, clean part of Kotagiri. The South Indian breakfasts were special and they were kind enough to arrange cereal and toast as well on request. When we got stuck during a strike, they shared their dinner with us. So much hospitality and kindness! Their love for the Nilgiris is contagious and we learnt so much from our conversations. Our search for the best place to stay in Kotagiri ends at Eden!

Our stay at Stumpfields Honeysuckle was truly memorable! Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, the place offers a peaceful retreat with lush greenery all around. The European-style architecture adds a charming touch, making the entire experience feel like a getaway in the countryside. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. We also loved the friendly dog on the property, who made our stay even more special. Hari, the manager, was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which we really appreciated. That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. If you’re coming in a four-wheeler, the road leading up is quite rough. The staircase to the first floor felt a little risky, so caution is needed. Also, the water in the shower was a bit muddy at times. I’d booked myself in here for my week in Mysore and I’m so happy I did, it was the perfect place for me. I even extended my stay by one extra night to catch one of the activities running there. Hopefully I’ll be back in Gokulam and I know where I’ll be staying. Ideal location, great food at excellent prices and always served with a smile. I did the yoga every morning, excellent guidance and encouragement. I enjoyed reading my book in the peaceful garden. Thanks Aditya and team for the friendly welcome.

Great for the location and peacefulness of the area. Conveniently located - You can go to the town centre in just 5 minutes by car. Beautiful rooms in a lovely private tea estate with a cute garden outside the room. The team at Trilan Cottages welcomed us warmly and were very kind,proactive in getting things arranged. We had a fantastic experience in staying at these two adjacent rooms. The rooms were sparkling clean and well maintained with a super clean attached bathroom. We had yummy home cooked style food arranged by the cook at Trilan Cottages.Need to inform them about your food requirements in advance as it’s all freshly prepared from scratch. Overall a lovely peaceful place to spend your holiday. Totally recommended!!

I felt right at home here. I stayed for two days, and it was like being part of one big happy family. The place was super cozy, exactly like in the photos—what you see is what you get. I even caught one of the best sunrises of my life. A friend ended up joining me for the trip, so I asked Maria if he could stay in my room. She kindly explained that it might ruffle a few feathers with the other guests, which really showed how thoughtful they are. Thankfully, Jose Uncle went the extra mile and helped find him another spot. The breakfast was a feast for the senses—not just delicious, but served with so much care by Sindhu Aunty, like a mother’s touch. One night, we sat around for candlelight stories with Jose Uncle, and he shared some tales that were the icing on the cake. Plus, I had the best company with two other couples, and we made memories to last a lifetime.
