Our family enjoyed our time at Sarah and Ryan’s. The views were great and space was nice. One minor issue is our GPS took us one street farther up, so be aware you need to watch for the house a bit and not mindlessly follow google maps. It happened to my parents on their way in, too. The house had a simply checkout process, which we appreciated. Great spot!

Scott and Hester were very quick to respond and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay because plans changed unexpectedly. Communication was always quick and helpful. View was amazing. House felt like “home”. Would definitely rent from them again and would definitely stay here next time I’m in Homer!

Wonderful little spot in Homer! Close to everything! The house was perfect, and had so much space, and after a long day- it was nice to relax with our animals. The kitchen is clean and beautiful! We slept in the master bedroom, and the bed was so comfortable- I found myself not wanting to get up! So cozy and comfortable! All linens were clean and fresh! Nothing looked worn or tired. The TV was easy to operate. I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your quick responses when I had questions!

Shane reached out immediately after booking with a very helpful welcome email. Check-in instructions arrived a few days before check-in. Accessing the home was very easy. Very nice home with everything one could need. Very clean and everything was brand new as it’s a newly built house. Will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Randall’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was seamless. Randall was a responsive and thoughtful host, ensuring everything was in place for a smooth stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would stay again in the future!

Jonathan's apartment suited the two of us for a weeks stay perfectly. The couple of things that were not quite right at checkin, Jonathan had corrected literally in half an hour. We had very little awareness of anyone in the unit above. Clean, comfortable and the view coming down the hill each day is worth the rent alone!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views of the ocean out the front windows. Homey and comfortable feel to the place. Furniture was actually comfortable to sit and lounge on. Queen bed was comfortable. Very dog friendly which we appreciated.

Helena is great and gee place is awesome. 2nd time we stayed here and we will stay again next time we are in Homer. Close to the spit, on Beluga lake you can watch the float planes in the summer. Quiet in the winter. You won't regret this rental

This airbnb is so spacious! We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have not have felt cramped to have stayed a month in this home. The view of the ocean is just as it looks in the picture and we appreciated the view being just as good from inside the home as outside, as it was very cold, windy, & rainy while we were there so we couldn't sit outside. The bed was very comfortable and we did cook, which the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need! It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer to utilize as well. Daniel lives above the apartment and occasionally you could hear them or their dog, but it was never intrusive or during early morning or late evening. I asked Daniel if he had any recommendation for seeing moose and we did see one on the road he suggested we travel on at dusk. It was the only moose we saw on our 8 day trip to AK! I highly recommend Daniel's Airbnb and would stay here again if ever in the area.

This place exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and after a day spent outside on the bay fishing in 30 degree weather it was wonderful to sink into a bathtub (very large) filled with hot water. So glad I picked this place.
