Very cute place with beautiful surroundings! We were entertained by five young river otters in the morning. There are quite a few stairs leading down to the place, so pack light.

Our stay was great! The cabin sits on the hosts property but still has plenty of privacy. The kitchen was stocked with dishes/utensils for cooking and there was a propane grill outside. Great for when you'd rather spend the evening in instead of going out to eat. Everything was also very clean, which is huge for me! Last but not least, the big windows in the cabin open up to an awesome view!!🤩 No blackout curtains, just roll down shades, so I can see it being difficult for sensitive sleepers in the summer time. But absolutely not a deal-breaker! Just something to be aware of if you're not familiar with sunny Alaskan summers. Thanks for a great stay!

This airbnb is so spacious! We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have not have felt cramped to have stayed a month in this home. The view of the ocean is just as it looks in the picture and we appreciated the view being just as good from inside the home as outside, as it was very cold, windy, & rainy while we were there so we couldn't sit outside. The bed was very comfortable and we did cook, which the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need! It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer to utilize as well. Daniel lives above the apartment and occasionally you could hear them or their dog, but it was never intrusive or during early morning or late evening. I asked Daniel if he had any recommendation for seeing moose and we did see one on the road he suggested we travel on at dusk. It was the only moose we saw on our 8 day trip to AK! I highly recommend Daniel's Airbnb and would stay here again if ever in the area.

This little cabin is absolutely amazing in every way! We honestly hated leaving. Sharon was wonderful to deal with. The location is perfect. We are already planning a return trip!

Ideal location right near Bishop’s Beach, two bakeries and the main part of Homer. Bedrooms are large and plenty of space for a family to spread out. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Plenty of board games and books. Beautiful views of the bay and easy walk to the beach. One thing to note is that sound does travel easily from the studio below, so I imagine it goes both ways. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay again with our two tweens.

We loved the location of The Boardwalk Hotel although the weather did not cooperate (extremely windy) for us to be able to sit out and enjoy the patio and the view as much as we would’ve liked. We appreciated having the golf cart for a few hours in the evening to be able to check out the area. I was kind of surprised at the tip envelope for the cleaning ladies. We have never experienced that before since we pay a cleaning fee through Airbnb…. But of course, we then felt bad if we didn’t leave a tip. We loved the coffee and crêpes at the roasting company down the street as well as Jack and Avias for lunch! Our waitress was great! Super busy but still very friendly! Cute little town/ boardwalk.

What a spectacular location on Beluga Lake! Even though we didn't plan a float plane activity, we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land on the lake while we were there. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. The weather was a bit rainy, but the cabin was cozy and warm. The cabin location is excellent if you're planning a trip for bear viewing or to Clark Lake. Stepping right out the front door onto the float dock was nice. The trees around the cabin had berries and we saw several varieties of songbirds. We'll definitely recommend this location to other traveling frients!

My husband and I normally car camp when we come to Homer, but we decided to do a last minute long weekend and wanted to stay inside this time. Candice’s place was so cute and in the perfect location for all the things we did. Great view of the ocean from the apartment. We had an amazing time and will definitely book again.
