My family had an amazing time at this home. Such a quiet area and still so much nearby to do. My daughters loved the hot tub! This place is a great spot to stay.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed our second time at this house. Only negative this time was the fireplace wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be looked at during our stay.

Stayed here a couple nights to use as basecamp for a visit to the Grand Canyon. Worked well - clean place and fairly quiet. I appreciated the cover parking - it was tall enough that I could get our SUV w/ a luggage tote into it (~7.5'). Flagstaff had a lot of construction going on, so it wasn't the easiest to get around, but that's not a hit on this place. Thanks!

Excellent location that is easy walking distance to old town Cottonwood. We enjoyed our stay and are already discussing another trip to explore the area more. Tiffany was extremely easygoing and responded quickly.

The view was spectacular, beds comfortable and the place was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Very private and loved the hot tub.

Chris’s place was fantastic!! So clean, beautifully decorated and a great, quiet location. Chris was a very responsive host and responded promptly to our questions.

Josh and Melani’s home was the wonderful escape my family needed. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were just spectacular. Peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Communication was great. If we come back to the area with a group again this will definitely be our first place we will look to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at our Big View home in Sedona! The space was beautiful, clean, and perfectly arranged for a relaxing getaway. Our hosts, Mitchell and Jared, were very helpful both before and during our trip. We were especially thrilled with how responsive and helpful both hosts were—when we had a couple of minor issues (one with the hot water and another with the lock), they responded immediately and had everything resolved in no time. It made us feel incredibly well taken care of and really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous Sedona stay! The backyard is one that you never want to leave. But there’s so many iconic landmarks nearby that are well worth the hike. The house is quiet and peaceful and has giant windows with showstopper views. There’s thoughtful things throughout the house, like the snack basket which my kids were thrilled about, lots of family games and a record player for a fun game night. Immaculate kitchen. Good coffee and other essentials within walking distance. Book a reservation ahead of time at Mariposa and get empanadas and drinks on the deck, and take in the stunning views. And if you need anything, the host is very kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Enjoy! I know we did!

We stayed here for spring break with our son, who got to see Sedona for the first time. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and well equipped. Our son LOVED the video games. And, of course, the view off the back deck is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and private, and is in easy reach of some great stores, restaurants, and local attractions. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Sedona now, and look forward to coming back.

This location is great… especially if you want to be a little removed from the craziness of downtown Sedona traffic. It’s also very close to a few hiking trails and great restaurants. The pool, hot tub and tennis are wonderful amenities.

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.

We had a great stay at Russell’s place. It accommodated our family perfectly and was conveniently located to all of the Sedona attractions we were hoping to experience.

We love staying here. It was our 2nd time and we will definitely be back. The cottage was a little small so we will definitely be staying at the loft next time. The cottage is more for a couple than a family but we love being able to just relax and feed the animals. And my daughter got to go horseback riding. We had a great time. Will definitely be back!

My mom and I stayed for nearly a week and it was a pleasant stay. It was great to have laundry and separate bathrooms. The location was amazing - very convenient to downtown Flagstaff while also being a good base for multiple national park units. We’d stay here again.

Lovely location surrounded by ponderosa pines, very quiet and safe. Great for walking, with a nearby park, which was great for our dogs. Clean air, pristine night skies with bright stars! The suite was so cozy and it seems well-insulated. Very comfortable bed, large kitchen, lots of light. We greatly enjoyed our experience there.

Cute place to stay in Munds park! Lots of room and space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! We even saw a squadron of javelinas in the neighbors yard!

Jonathan and Carin’s place was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the serene backyard and beautifully setup interiors. It was as described with no surprises.

This was the perfect place to stop for a few days! Hannah was very responsive and provided great recommendations for my stay. Hope to stay again the next time I'm passing through the area!

This place is In a perfect location. right down the street from several trail heads. couldn't really figure out the TV but I guess when you are in sedona who needs it. place is beautiful and very well kept. saw some javelinas walking around the neighborhood. would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for one night twice in one week - on our way out to CA and then again on our way back. It's a lovely little place in the trees to stay! It's only about 330 square feet so not a ton of room, but the queen bed was very comfortable and there's a nice bar area for dining with a small microwave, awesome retro-looking mini fridge and coffee maker as well as a couple plates, coffee mugs, utensils and fixings for coffee. The bathroom was nice as well with amazing water pressure in the shower!! Big windows in the living area and bedroom let in lots of natural light and I'm sure the wood burning stove is a joy in the winter (it was too warm for us to use this trip). My only wish is that the tv was on the wall in the living room instead of behind the door in the bedroom. It would've been great to have a remote that would work the power and volume for the tv as well instead of just the Roku remote. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the Flagstaff area.
