Fabin has a lovely "home away from home". It's a beautiful property with a rich history. The host is super friendly and is available anytime of the day to help out. This house, located at the bank of Kerala's backwaters, is a rare find and it really added to the great experience we had at Kochi. Thanks Fabin for hosting us, we had a lovely time 😁

Perfect homestay and a very short walk to the beach. Jessy is very welcoming, and she cooked us a lovely breakfast every morning. We also had lunch one day at the villa and it was absolutely delicious. The pool was an added bonus. Perfect few days in a very relaxing environment!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Abraham’s charming beachside home. The property is exactly as pictured—clean, beautifully designed, and just a 10-minute joutney from the beach. What really stood out to us were the little thoughtful touches around the house, like the sensor lights at the entrance. Trust me, they’re an absolute lifesaver when you return after dark. It’s these small but mindful details that made the stay feel extra comfortable and safe he also allowed us to check in early , brownie points for that 💖 Abraham was a fantastic host—genuinely caring and incredibly prompt. He constantly checked in to make sure we were okay, which made us feel really looked after. His warmth and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. We had an extremely awesome stay at the Zenith villa in Edapally. This is a grand villa with all the facilities provided there as mentioned. My kids loved the swimming pool and the games arena which is the highlight here. Overall it was an amazing experience and great hosting by the team too.

Absolutely beautiful place that just stands out by sunrise and sunset. Rooms were neat and clean with an old school look. Food was amazing. Fish is freshly procured from local market. Please ask for kallu which is freshly made. Location is a bit tough to get into if you have a bigger car and most tourist places are bit far off. We had used the day to just unwind in the room so we didn't mind it.

The place had such a cool and calming vibe. The property is very spacious and the pool is a really good highlight. All the amenities were provided as stated. From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed. Was really a peaceful experience. The staff was friendly but gave us space to enjoy, which was nice. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to when I need to unwind.

It was amongst the loveliest of property! Serene, Silent, Beauty. It has a tiny garden, and also cycles for easy commute to the market. No mosquitoes and no insects inside due to the mosquito nets. I was there with my parents, they fell in love with the place. Even before visiting, I had more work frequency, Infanta took the additional step of informing me the exact location to avoid a confusion with address, helped with the stove late night, and also gave really good market suggestions. Although there was a bit of misunderstanding about a missing tv adapter, Infanta was worried about the adapter being missing for the next guest, which is understandable. I did feel a bit caught off guard. I would suggest recording the house once, as it has multiple artifacts and amenities and could be prone to misunderstandings.
