I loved this apartment. It is located in a vibrant and interesting neighborhood with so much to see. There is a market right next door for groceries and a ton of fantastic restaurants, bars , street vendors , book stores etc. There is everything you need as far as clean linens and towels , everything you need to cook, good Internet, and it's so comfortable and eclectic and homey. It's in the heart of Kadıköy but close to the ferry , train , and busses so it's easy to get anywhere else. Everyone was so hospitable and kind in this neighborhood. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable. Anytime I am back in İstanbul this is where I'll stay!

È stata la mia seconda volta in questo alloggio e sono rimasta nuovamente soddisfatta. Pulizia impeccabile, casa comoda e non rumorosa pur essendo a pochi passi dalla movida notturna. Tornerò altre volte.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in/check-out super easy. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future

Cem (a very talented musician) and his family (somehow all of them seem to be artists of some kind and their art is everywhere in, on, and around this building) are super kind and welcoming, and they are preserving this architectural gem of a building form the 1960ties against all odds and without government support! Staying at this historic building with lots of original features, helps them to do so and surely will make you part of an ever growing group of people who love this place where you feel like time travelling and being at a cosy home away from home. The location is fantastic, stores and restaurants are to be found just around the corner, as well as taxi stands and bus stations. It's only a few steps to the wonderful Fehnerbace park and marina and you can walk, run, or dance along the beautiful green shorelines all the way to Moda park to the right or via Caddebostan to Suadiye and all the way to Bostanci (there you can ride on an old school flying chain chair carrousel).

Konum olarak çok güzel kadıköyde kafelerin olduğu yerlere çok yakın. Daire resimlerde gösterildiği gibiydi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

Orhan Bey’in Dumankaya Residans’taki stüdyo dairesi son derece güvenli, konforlu ve temizdi. Konaklamam süresince hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Ataşehir bölgesinde konaklamayı düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Loved the apartment. Perfect location for exploring Moda. Even if right in the middle of everything, still very quiet at night. Beds have been very comfortable as well. If we came back, we would definitely choose the same place again.

Разположението също беше перфектно - близо до всички основни забележителности и удобства. Гостоприемството на домакините беше на високо ниво, те бяха много любезни и отзивчиви. Serpil's home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location that has a nice blend of energy and peace by the sea. She was very responsive and allowed us to check out later to accommodate our flight. She even bought laundry detergent for us because we ran out and offered to call a taxi for us to make it back to the airport. Would stay again!

L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto, c'è tutto ciò che è descritto, tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole è presente nella casa, c'erano perfino il detersivo per il bucato e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. È stato come essere a casa. Lo sceglierei di nuovo. Parlare con Anıl è sempre stato facile. Consigliatissimo 100%. Çok teşekkür ederim:)

Très jolie appartement dans un quartier calme. Proche de toute commodités restaurant magazin le train etc.. appartement très propre . Hôte très attentionné et toujours disponibles.

Celal's apartment was very clean with all basic amenities and services. They offered us to and fro cab service for airport. They were present to receive us. also helped us carry our bags to the apartment and also while leaving the apartment. They were responsive and brought us another lighter for the stove when asked for. They also treated us with Turkish delights and a nice souvenir. They were very friendly and showed affection to our 8 months old baby. The apartment's location is also good and tram/bus stops are nearby. Just keep in mind that Istanbul is a bit hilly so walking uphill for the tram stop with a baby can be tricky. Overall a very good experience. P.S. The location which is shown in the app and the actual location of the apartment is a bit different, although they escort you to the actual location themselves. But in the description of this listing they don't mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. So, people with baby or old age can have problem.

Pinars apartment is located in the old town within walking distance of the main attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the palace. There is a convenient shop over the road that sells some essential groceries and Pinars restaurants is a few doors up and the food was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The stairwell can be dark and is not attractive but the apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. There is a view of the sea from the living room window. There was plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi bath and shower. We had cold weather and the apartment was always nice and warm. We would definitely recommend Pinars apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.
