Kadıköy : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great location near good restaurants and cafes, and the tram stop. The place had a nice living room and dining area, and comfortable bed. Our group enjoyed staying here.

Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

Good spacious place in nice location. A lot of restaurants and shops are in 5-10 min walk. Also metro and marmaray are nearby. Communication is nice, host is responsive and very helpful. House is not new, but clean. Three separate bedrooms and 2 toilets was a big plus for us, also there is a nice terrace on the top floor. The only downside for us was the train sound, but it was easy to fix with the earplugs. Can totally recommend this place if you want to stay as a group of 4-6 people.

ok, the place is smaller than it seems in the pix, (typical city living). Sooo, if you're coming because you want to LUX, go to a hotel!! if not, and you're just looking for somewhere to crash and hold your bags, in case you're going to Cappadocia! you Can cook if you want and full use of pristine bathroom! This is the best place! I felt safe with them, they took very good care of me whenever they saw me! such gentleman! I'm happy I stayed and will stay again when I come back to Istanbul!🤩

Appartement spacieux et charmant avec ses plafonds de briques incroyables, un beau parquet, de belles fenêtres. Idéalement situé dans le quartier cool et branché de Galata. Tout était impeccablement propre, et nous avons aimé nous y relaxer chaque soir après nos visites. Si je reviens un jour à Istanbul, je serais ravie de séjourner de nouveau là-bas !

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

We recently stayed at this apartment, and everything was amazing. It was very clean and despite location it was very quite. There is always many shops and restaurants nearby which made the stay very comfortable. Thank you Karim for making our visit to Istanbul amazing and comfortable.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely amazing, and the host and Yunus were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my time there. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to climb 5 flights of stairs as there is no elevator, which can be a bit challenging. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work reliably during my stay. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for the fantastic location and the wonderful hospitality!

Gayet güzel bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Lokasyon zaten en büyük artısı. Tramvay ve metro direkt olarak dibinizde. Ayrıca galata köprüsüne yakın olmanız geçiş ihtiyaçlarınızda çok yardımcı oluyor. Resimlerde görüş gibiydi tek eksi olarak ev büyük olduğu için klima yetersiz kalıyor. Giriş sağlamadan önce soğutma amaçlı klimayı açmışlardı güzel bir düşünce fakat klimanın yeri ve dairenin büyüklüğüne göre yetersiz olması sebebi ile dairenin içinin serin olması 1 güne yakın sürdü. Bunun dışında her şey harikaydı.

Die Wohnung war in einer perfekten Lage. Wir waren zu viert untergebracht und es gab genug Platz für alle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check-In war problemlos. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

It was a good experience. The team of sea view grand is very nice and professional. The area is wonderful, everything is just a walk away. We enjoyed our stay.
