This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

We had a truly lovely stay and an unforgettable experience at Bed’s place in Istanbul. We were traveling with our parents and a 4-year-old child, and by the end of the trip, everyone was satisfied! The view is absolutely extraordinary, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Bed is an exceptional host who always responded promptly and thoughtfully to our requests. I can only recommend Bed as a super host in Istanbul. Mustafa's place was wonderful, spacious, and clean! He also went out of his way to help us find it after the taxi driver dropped my group off at the wrong location. Great local recommendations and in very close proximity to major attractions.

From the airport to the Airbnb and back, he was a super host helping us the whole time we were there for awesome recommendations, tips, and best sight seeing spots. The Airbnb as well is part of the rich history that makes up Istanbul and his knowledge of the area and the long standing history was amazing ! Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a beautiful spot with amazing view in the heart of one of the oldest cities on earth !

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Чистые комнаты и постельные белья, отлично подходит для семейного заселения из 5 человек, отдельно порадовал расположение, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности (Айя София, Султанахмет и.д.)

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Все прошло отлично, хозяин всегда был на связи и готов помочь. Район очень удобный для путешествий по Стамбулу, так как расположен возле паромной станции Ortakoy. Единственный минус, то чтобы попасть в туалет нужно пройти через спальню, но мне это не помешало отлично провести время в Стамбуле!
