The apartment is lovely and very convintly located. We spent there 3 nights. You can take a walk to the most important tourist attractions. The whole neighborhood is full of visual gems :)

Alles war sehr gut und schön, leider muss aber sagen das die Zimmer sehr heiß war man könnte leider nicht gut schlafen .es wär besser wenn man die Fußbodenheizung nicht so hoch anstellen würde. Trotz allem war alles okay!

A lovely location and great views. A responsive host and an accurate description. Lots of lovely places walking distance from the apartment and good transport links If you are in the top bedroom bring some eye masks but the views were stunning so definitely worth it. Also be prepared for stairs. A lot of stairs in the location and in the apartment but then again the views were so worth it!

The apartment is very spacy, nice, warm and cosy. The view is great. It was easy to find. Taylan was very helpful, he always answered our questions. We enjoyed everything!

The apartment is good and very clean and there is a good view to breathe air and drink coffee but you should be careful that there is a spiral staircase that is tiring if you have leg problems and also there is a school below the building and the students make noise in the morning hours you should have earplugs with you so that you can sleep comfortably if you are a fan of daytime sleep but other than that everything is perfect and 👍🏻

Gayet keyifli ve seyir zevki yeterli bir konaklama yaşadık, oldukça yoğun popülasyonlu bir çevrede olmamıza rağmen muhit sakindi, kafa dinlemek için bile uğranabilir. Ev sahiplerine ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkürler. Sadece 2 gün konaklama yaptığımız için tam tadını çıkaramadık sayılır :)

Can't count the number of times we have stayed here. We brought two "seniors" with us and they loved the place.

Excelente ubicación a pesar de que hay cuestas para ir a la calle Istiklal. Todo lo demás muy bien. Todo en orden y muy limpio.

Location is perfect! Communication is on top, Ferit is super helpful. always online, always ready for help, was really glad to meet him! There is no elevator to whom it is important and apartments on the top floor. Besides, place need to be repaired somewhere, some items should be replaced. Floors are old and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors talking.

probably the most beautiful house in Istanbul with it's breathtaking view and central position. everything was perfect and Kemal made the stay even more perfect with its helpful communication.

A wonderful time in a great cozy place. Good living space for two with a balcony on each side. A really nice feeling to enjoy the flat itself, but also the location in this part of the city. We'd be very happy to go back, even with those steep stairs to get to that nest :-)

The apartment was nice and clean. The street below is a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in this location. Erol was helpful and responded quickly.

I loved staying here! Really well designed space and central location super close to some great cafes and restaurants. Came across a nice mix of locals, travelers, and even ex-Pats. Just feels like a cool neighborhood to hang out in. I’d say perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Heads up, it is a walk up but the patio and view is great 🙂 Also easily the best host I’ve had. Super responsive and friendly
