Great location near the metro and a supermarket . Spotless and with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Slippers provided were well appreciated so we could relax after busy days sightseeing. Mr Hamdi was very friendly and made check in and out very easy and helps us leave our bags in the shop as we had an evening flight. A great flat in an incredible city.

My family loved our stay at Semra’s. It felt like home. It was super clean and blankets smell great. The two couches were extendable as big a a single bed or even bigger, you can comfortably sleep on them whole night. Semra”s sister Suna is staying in the same building and helped us with check in & check out process. Since the building doesn’t have elevator, Suna was kind enough to ask her husband to carry out luggages up to third floor. We had such hard time booking a can to move our stuff when we checked out, but Suna spend almost an hour finding us a van online. She called so many taxi services and made sure we get to our next destination comfortably. Highly recommend this place. Only thing to be aware of is the building doesn’t have elevator.

Gayet güzel bir daire, çok fazla balkonu güzel ve kaliteli eşyaları vardı. Uzun süre konaklamak için harika her türlü ihtiyacınızı kolaylıkla görebilirsiniz. Kalabalık misafirler için oldukça yeterlidir. Son derece temizdi ve iletişime açık bir ev sahibi vardı. Konumu hem çok merkezi hem de şehrin kalabalığından uzak nezih bir yerdeydi. I was in Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton Bomonti. It was a perfect location for getting quickly to my conference. I enjoyed the balcony and the large sliding doors immensely. There is a large local market on the weekends, which may be the modern day Suk. Lots of eclectic items. There are a plethora of good restaurants within walking distance. I used taxis and public transit to get around depending on my timing. It was about 30 to 50 minute walk to major sites. The walk itself was enjoyable. There are lots of students in the neighborhood, this is probably why there are so many great restaurants. I was in the area mostly for business for about a week and this was a very comfortable home base. I was able to do laundry and eat a few meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Ali was a very gracious host. I really appreciated his communication and accommodating nature.

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

What a great place! The view of the Bosporus is stunning, and there are so many restaurants and coffee spots to explore nearby. Ulviye was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even shared some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Definitely worth it!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs in Istanbul and in one of the most popular neighborhoods. Cinar is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

En iyi Airbnb deneyimimdi. Evin her köşesi ayrı düşünülmüş ve kullanılan eşyalar çok orijinaldi. Oturup hepsini tek tek incelemek istiyor insan. Bu da konaklamayı çok keyifli bir hale getiriyor. Bununla birlikte evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı. Mutfak ekipmanları çok yeterliydi. Ev tertemizdi. Tao ise çok kibar ve yardımcıydı. Bize bölge ile alakalı tavsiyelerde bulundu. Eğer bölgede gezmek istersek çıkış saati sonrası valizlerimizi evde bırakabileceğimizi söyledi. Kesinlikle pişman olmayacağınız ve tekrardan gelmek isteyeceğiniz türden bir ev.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lou’s place! This is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded areas in Istanbul, and I always felt completely safe and secure. The location is easy to find, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lou is a fantastic host, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.
