We had an issue with TV and response was very timely. It was actually our not understanding the system. They were very quick to respond. We also asked for an 8 hour later checkout and provided a fair charge for the extra hours. We recommend staying her for a relaxing time. Thank you for hosting us.

What an amazing gem. Beautiful condo with easy access to the pool, beaches, and trails. The staff were responsive and helpful. Many families over the holiday, but never felt overcrowded. Morning coffee on the lanai and watching sunsets down by the bar pool near the beach with live music most nights. We had high expectations and they exceeded in every way. Only challenge is getting to local restaurants but you can walk to the Marriott next door and UberEats is there fast. The kitchen is well stocked and we did a Instacart order before we left Vermont and it was in the fridge when we arrived. On top of the list to return one day.

Exactly what we were hoping for! The Marriott is a gorgeous hotel with tons of amenities. Our young kids loved the lagoon pool, and the bay is perfect for all ages. The room was exactly as advertised and had a fabulous ocean and marina view! Michael was incredibly responsive and communicative. We were able to meet him since he was also staying at the resort…a truly nice individual! We hope to come back to Oahu in the near future, and we won’t hesitate to book Michael’s place whenever it’s available!

Perfect location on Island. Away from busy Honolulu but access to all. Beautiful beach view in resort area. Grills for cooking close walk. Plenty to do right in the neighborhood. Easy indoor parking.

This is a fabulous resort with a beautiful (albeit man made) beach area and pool complex. The accommodation incorporates expansive ocean views and is extremely well appointed (as described).

First-timer to Oahu and coming with a big group, this was the ideal location and home. Although it was further from downtown and main attractions, traveling to/from was under an hour (which we didn't mind). This is a gated community, which I felt reassure for my family to be safe and secure. The home was esthetically refreshing and inviting. They had all the necessity, since we were further to a store. This was very thought out well. Beds were comfortable and room temps were perfect. We had a huge 12 passenger van and it fit the front drive way perfectly fine. The neighbors were quiet. Luckily they had beach equipment and extra towels, which was very helpful. A few things I wish it had were more amenities for infants/toddlers: crib/play pen linen, walker, or stroller. We did ask ahead and prepare our own. Kitchen was lovely and functional. Great space for all to gather to eat. Overall, very satisfied!

Amazing neighborhood: gated and safe, 0.3 miles and an easy walk to the beach, good restaurant options, with a great pool. If you’re traveling with young kids it’s a great option. The community pool has a great shallow end and nice space for adults to hang out in too. Used the grills by the pool. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Higher end than the typical Airbnb mattress.
