Our second time to stay at Jenna’s place and seems like it gets better each time. Place is very clean, simple, has everything you need after a full day at the beach. Kahuku food trucks just a short drive away and so is Ted’s Bakery for all the must see and experience in the North Shore. And to top it all, a nice walk to the Ritz Carlton for an early breakfast or a quick bite while enjoying the marvelous sunsets. Thank you Jenna for sharing your place with us.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean, spacious and cozy and our family of four felt right at home. We appreciated all the beach gear - especially the wagon which made the walk to turtle bay effortless! The turtle bay grounds are stunning. We enjoyed morning walks throughout the trails followed by snorkeling in the cove. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations!

This is a beautiful condo with the entire golf course as your backyard—such a peaceful and scenic setting. The room is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for a quick meal. Terra is a wonderful host—friendly and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. You can easily walk to the beach or visit the nearby stables to feed the horses. A truly relaxing stay!

We picked this place for our staycation to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We wanted something special but also more personal than a hotel. The home was beautiful, updated, well designed, and clean. The kitchen had all the necessities, even coffee. The bathroom was gorgeous and had double sinks. The bedroom was up the spiral stairs in a quiet loft, with the softest bed and pillows you could ask for. Central Ac made us comfortable at night, and the breeze with patio door open was perfect during the day. We were right on the golf course so it was private. The host was very friendly and responsive and accommodated us with an early checkin. Everything was easy and accessible and no extra tasks or responsibilities. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We used the pool at night after dinner, and it was gorgeous, with painted Honus at the bottom. It was a ten minute walk to turtle bay cove and restaurants. Honestly this was a 10/10 for me. We will be back.

Emmanuel’s condo was just as described, in a quiet, beautiful location. The beach is so lovely and the water is protected from waves by the reef, making the water shallow but perfect for a peaceful dip and excellent for smaller kids! It’s a short drive to the central north shore. We did a beautiful hike a few miles up the road in hau’ula. Emmanuel was incredibly helpful and responsive and friendly. The condo is simple and clean. Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Joel’s place. The house is just a short walk away from the beach, comfortable, and very well decorated. We have two toddlers, and found everything we needed, including beach toys. Joel was always very responsive, and helped us a lot with local recommendations. Looking forward to coming back!

What a beautiful beach and view! We loved our time at Kathleen’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. I haven’t slept as well as I did there in ages. The ocean at this beach is very swim-able and there are lots of turtles to watch as well. We had everything we needed and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a perfect vacation at the condo! Everything we needed to relax and enjoy a private quiet vacation in an absolutely beautiful location. The view is unbelievable! Whales and Turtles so fun to watch! The beach is practically private! The homeless situation on the way there is alarming to see at first but the security at the condo is very good and once in Everything is good. We enjoyed the Country Cafe and Lanterns for good local food. We would recommend this with five stars!!

We loved this place for our family to stay. We had three generations and it was great for everyone. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the extras on the lanai for the beach. Wagon, umbrella, and toy bucket were lovely to have. My son loved the proximity to the pickleball court. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice for a closer swimming option.

We loved it here! Very cozy. Yhe ceiling in the loft was low, but it didn't bother us. The location was great. We loved being on the north shore away from the busy city. Sandra was helpful with things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was so well stocked with much more than expected! We appreciated the quality of the rooms linens and decor. The decor was a homey beachy vibe and was enough that it didn't feel as if you were staying in a rented bare bones condo. The pool was just steps away and the ocean is a 10 - 15 minute walk. Enjoyed morning runs on the golf course paths down to the water. We sat out on the private lanai and enjoyed coffee. Checkout was reasonable and a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and perfect for our last minute staycation!

This is a fantastic north shore location! Just adjacent to the Turtle Bay resort, we often walked or drove over to the resort to watch the sunrise/set, enjoy its restaurants, shop, or walk on the property. However, we had much more space to spread out and enjoy our stay at Helena’s (and we spent half as much)! We’d definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect place to get away for a few nights. The construction noise during our stay was minimal (Thurs-Mon) and otherwise the building is very quiet. There is now a queen bed in the main living area instead of the blue couch in pictures, and this actually worked out perfectly for us as we slept there with the sound of the waves instead of the dark back bedroom. The little beach is perfect and private. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

nice place right on the beach. The building is old and there was construction going on in the unit above us but that is to expected for an older building. The unit was clean and well stocked, especially with coffee Being on the ground floor was very convenient for accessing the beach from the Lanai instead of having to go through the main building. The screens to the Lanai do need to be replaced but they functioned for what we needed. Loved how beautiful and private the sandy beach was. Never busy; it was unusual to see more than 10 people on the beach at once and we saw turtles everyday in the water and on the beach.

Fantastic stay on the North Shore. Great condo located within walking distance of Turtle Bay (a public beach) and the Turtle Bay resort, which has bars and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed - the AC window unit provides the perfect white noise (turn off the eco mode at night to keep it from kicking on/off every few minutes). Natalie provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas (plus kids' toys, boogie boards, etc.). We were here almost only to shower and sleep as we snorkeled, surfed and drove around this side of the island exploring food trucks, fruit stands and small shops. Not far from the famous Banzai Pipeline - great for watching some of the world's best surfers (particularly in winter). Appreciated the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher, washer and dryer, and ample paper products! I'd stay here again and recommend it to both active travelers like us and those wanting to kick back and enjoy the pool, walk to the resort, etc. Great stay!

We had a nice stay at this property. Our family enjoyed the beach just steps from the cottage patio. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and the quiet surroundings made it a perfect retreat. One of the best parts was that they provided beach toys and snorkel gear for our child, which made our time there even more enjoyable. She spent hours snorkeling right in front of the cottage and playing in the sand. There were only two adults and a small child, and I think the size was great for us, but for a larger family this would be a tight squeeze. All of our activities were located on the east and north sides of Oahu, so a car is required to stay at this location. The parking stall for this unit is literally right next to the patio, super convenient.

Barbara was a responsive host. Beautiful views/sunsets. Clean condo. Private beach for the resort. Used the beach chairs and umbrella. Ideally for a beach holiday. Took some time to drive to the other coasts. Had to pass Honolulu.

We enjoyed our stay at Tania’s! It was beautiful just like the photos. Instructions were provided and very clear. Tania even left local goodies for us to enjoy (that was very much appreciated, thank you). Tania’s condo was clean, lovely decorations, and felt very open. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of beach gear and beach toys (which my son enjoyed) and it was so awesome for our beach day! The pool and tennis courts were easily assessable and equipment was provided as well. Parking was a breeze, right outside our door. The outdoor space was lovely, mornings sipping on some kona coffee looking out into the golf course with all its greenery was so serene! We love the North Shore and enjoyed staying at the Kulima Estates - THANK YOU!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! no complaints or issues. Wonderful location, peaceful view, and construction wasn't too loud for us. I am grateful for all of the instructions and details that they emailed prior to our stay, and they were very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay with our kids on their first trip to Hawaii. The home was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The pool right next to the unit was clean, warm, and perfect for evening swims under the stars. Location relative to all the great places to visit on the North Shore was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our Hawaii trip! Located in a peaceful gated community with the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort within it. It’s just a short walk to the beach, resort, and restaurants. The backyard opens up to a golf course where we saw the sunrise every morning. The condo stays cool with AC and fans. Clean, comfortable, and with a great pool area. Ideal North Shore location—we were able to explore with short drives to Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and so many other beautiful spots. Highly recommend!

Space is extremely clean. Unit is quiet and spacious. Scott was responsive and flexible with check in and checkout times. The unit has everything needed to enjoy the beach and tennis courts. Kitchen had everything we needed. Instructions and recommendations provided by Scott allowed us to maximize our time on the North Shore. Accessibility to Turtle Bay resort and surrounding beaches is very easy from this location. Everything was easy. We hope to be back :) Mahalo Scott!
