This was an amazing comfortable home. Kitchen was well stocked and functional, large living space with dining area and large office space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, clean and beds were comfy. This home has outstanding views the deck, first floor and second floor master and office.

This place is a special find, amazing quiet location up the Clarence Valley. Very comfortable bed and lovely nice linen on all the beds. Was a real treat to sit in the sunny garden with a glass of wine after a day of mountain biking. Would definitely stay here sgain.

Paradise! Without a doubt, this is the nicest accommodation we have experienced in New Zealand. From the beautifully tended expansive gardens, to the stylish and comfortable furnishings, this place has it all. It’s a chef’s dream- two incredibly well stocked kitchens at your disposal, with every kitchen appliance, kitchen gadget or pot/pan you could possibly need. We didn’t want to leave- in fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Don’t miss this place- it’s amazing!!

Wonderful escape with a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. The outdoor shower was very relaxing. The weather was absolutely perfect so we had all of the windows and doors open most of our stay. The cute sheep were talkative and friendly. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay again!

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Susie’s place is at the top of our favorites list. The location, the structure, design, decor, layout and all the lovely goodies come together in a perfect package. The house offers complete privacy and spectacular views of the mountains. We can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful stay before we have to leave your beautiful island. The waves and beach were just what I needed. This is a very walkable location. The trains were short and no bother at all. The market was a few doors over. Perfect location. The inside was comfortable. The kitchen was great. The instruction booklet on the table was quite helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful house, well designed, spacious and well equipped and super clean, we had a really lovely stay. Ten minute walk to two good restaurants and twenty minutes (or 5 minute drive) to Main Street.

Incredibly beautiful home and location. We have been travelling NZ for three weeks now and have stayed in some incredible place and this tops the list! Only 10 minutes from Kaikoura and you feel like you are away from it all with gorgeous views of the mountains and ocean.
