A perfect house with great amenities. Lovely views from the very sunny balcony which itself was surrounded by a beautiful garden, full of lemon trees and flowering jasmine. Very comfy beds, great shower and a superb kitchen. We loved the separate media room with tv although we didn’t spend much time in there as the beach walks were more appealing. Great stay, thank you!

The place and the location were absolutely stunning and we loved tending to and then sitting in the hot tub at sunset.

Paradise! Without a doubt, this is the nicest accommodation we have experienced in New Zealand. From the beautifully tended expansive gardens, to the stylish and comfortable furnishings, this place has it all. It’s a chef’s dream- two incredibly well stocked kitchens at your disposal, with every kitchen appliance, kitchen gadget or pot/pan you could possibly need. We didn’t want to leave- in fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Don’t miss this place- it’s amazing!!

We loved the Ruby Clifftop Cabin. Great views, amazing deck and kitchen! The cabin was super clean, easy go find and extremely private. Communication with Penny and Seth was super quick and we did not lack for anything.

A perfect beach side get away, everything you needed all in a retro style. Clean and comfy throughout and you immediately feel relaxed and at home. Perfect to explore Kaikoura, and dolphins viewed from the house beach

Great place to stay! Very quiet and close to the water, only a quick 10 min drive from Kaikoura town centre. Loved hanging out with Hillary and the amenities were great.

This place is unbelievable The views are so special The sunrise is right there and you don’t need to o anywhere The area is safe and peaceful We spent many hours just sitting on the couch and staring at the view whilst watching tv and listening to the ocean The couch is reclining and made it so easy to just do nothing and relax The house is very well equipped. Theres cooking facilities, heating/air con Hot water Bonus : bath tub on the deck to just have a warm/hot bath whilst listening to the sea and watching the colours in the sky change It is beyond amazing Keina couldn’t have provided a better place for us for a few days of just chilling out

This was an excellent weekend away location, the home was so inviting and clean. I would totally recommend this to others. Each of the bedrooms was well set out. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, Spa was awesome! It was great to have the privacy of your own bathroom in each bedroom! Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Cosy accomodation with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had a surf lesson with David while we stayed which was amazing. David's communication was great and he was very accomodating with our check-out time. Highly recommend this stay!!
