My family and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the stunning location, we enjoyed fishing and had lots of space. Definitely recommended 👌

This was a top 3 Airbnb experience - and we’ve been to a lot of Airbnbs! Everything was immaculate and tastefully / uniquely decorated. Things that stood out: GREAT linens - this went from bedsheets to towels to dish towels. And Sheenah thought of every little detail - the unit has everything we needed and more. She also left thoughtful surprises like a little jar of local honey. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We’d love to come back!

We couldn’t believe that the apartment was all ours! We didn’t need all the room. There was enough kitchen stuff to easily cook dinner and our view was better than any restaurant in town. Very comfortable king bed and our car was in a garage.

The stay at Jacqueline‘s apartment was among the best during our 2,5 month trip through New Zealand: we felt home right away (in person Check in with a glas of delicious wine), everything was as described and very clean and Jacqueline was always there for us to provide us with recommendations what to do. Since the weather wasn’t too good throughout our stay, Jacqueline even let us stay as long as we want on our last day which was really nice. But the best thing was when she texted us late in the evening to let us know that there are Kiwis in the back garden and gave us equipment to see them. Soooo cool :) We definitely recommend staying there!

We loved the apartment. Linen and towels were of very good quality. The pantry had a selection condiments. Having the washing machine to use was great. We had a peaceful evening looking at the fantastic view. The sunrise really finished off the stay. Thank you

Beautiful stay at a lovely, private and well thought out space. Private but also felt spacious and relaxing to spend time in. Our hosts made us feel welcome at all times, were responsive to questions and seemed to really enjoy sharing their home. I especially loved the extra touches of snacks, delicious home made muesli and yoghurt in the fridge. My mum and I loved our stay and will be back!

We enjoyed our short stay at Graeme & Marion's place. They were very lovely hosts & the place worked well for us.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the Wild Forest Warehouse, a funky, comfy, welcoming space with a delectable bedroom area enclosed by tented curtains and fairy lights, multiple seating nooks, a dreamy indoor hammock, and too many other thoughtful touches to name. With so much beauty to savour, we weren’t bothered by the lack of a kitchen sink or any of the property’s other quirks. Absolutely a delight!

A lovely spot, private and peaceful with amazing views of the water. Prompt communication and flexible arrival time .. Thanks Tim, we had a relaxing few days.

We had such a great time at Chloe and Ben's. It was clean and spacious, 1 min walk (if that) to the estuary and five minutes to the lovely surf beach so you could visit several times a day. It didn't need to be a big complicated affair as it was so easy to nip back to the house for food etc. The shower was awesome - very strong pressure. Everything was provided - linen, blankets, pillows, glasses, cutlery etc and all in great condition - and the kitchen was well equipped, including dishwasher and lots of good pans. Loved that we could eat outside on the deck, there was a fenced yard for the dog to run (he was in heaven), plus a trampoline, barbecue and fire pit. The view from the deck was stunning, and the overall vibe of the place was so friendly - from other holidaymakers with kids to the people working at the campsite. Would definitely book again.

A great house for a family stay. Use of paddle boards and kayaks was good to have. Easy launch of our inflatable boat from the beach when the tide is in. Comfy beds and great views from the deck.

This house is beautifully situated right on the water - at high tide the water reaches the wall. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very homey. With a log fire, a separate granny flat and 3 other good sized bedrooms, we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent as always. My parents really enjoyed their stay. I'm quite certain they will be back....quite often. Hard not to though with such stunning views and such a beautiful clean place, thank you xx

The house is very clean and modern and nice views onto the dunes and estuary. The beds and couch are very comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked, house very easy to settle in. There is a walking path towards the estuary just outside the house for a short stroll. Grocery, restaurants, shops are all less than 10min away. Sandra was very responsive and had someone nearby that could take care of small things quickly. There is a small parking space on top of the hill behind the house (on Estuary Dr; it may be tricky to navigate two cars in the actual driveway). There is hot water kettle, no coffeemaker, instant coffee provided. Peaceful at night, beautiful stars and milky way on clear nights and be sure to catch the sunrise!

Lovely place to stay. Very well equipped. Great for family group of 3 generations. Great views from all rooms and always something happening on estuary. Pool table, spa , pizza oven and kayaks provided great variety of options. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.
