We had a delightful week in Oakura! Joanne was responsive and helpful when needed, but let us have our own space. House was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Fitted our large family well, and would also suit two families. Highlight for the kids was the pool, hands down! Fantastic spot, close to the beach and local amenities. Would highly recommend to all.

Not everything is as new as the photos suggest, but the appartment feels spacious due to the high ceiling, it is comfortable and generally very clean. We recommend it to others.

We love sophie‘s place. The house is clean and cozy.. You can find anything you need. Highly recommend！We will definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay here and felt like we didn't want to leave. The house is clean and tidy, gorgeously decorated, private, and has beautiful views. The kids all enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. We would definitely rebook again when next in New Plymouth. Thank you so much.

Jennie welcomed us in person to her home, we arrived late but she was happy to wait for us. Jennie’s a very ‘warming’ host, communicates well, with an ‘above & beyond’ attitude without being intrusive, her home is clean, well presented & immaculate in every detail, but very homely (it’s like staying in a top line hotel, but homely). it is located in a peaceful neighbourhood VERY close to the city & Pukekura Park. but the peace & quiet is noticable & much appreciated. a lovely home & place to stay with an equally lovely host, thanks Jennie. we can’t say enough about this BnB & happily recommend Jennie’s home to anyone looking to stay in New Plymouth. we are from Te Puke & wouldn’t hesitate to book Jennie’s home again if we are back down this way in the future.

We loved our stay at Jessica’s place in Opunake! It was absolutely stunning there with incredible ocean views and divine sunsets. We went for a whole week with friends and a baby and it was perfect for us all. A highlight of the place was cooking evening meals in the lovely sun-soaked kitchen at the golden hour - dreamy place to cook and chat about the day. We were so stoked with the suuuuuper comfortable king sized beds too (we are fussy and think our own bed at home is hard to beat but these beds absolutely trumped our own - heavenly!). Jess, the host, was very responsive, generous and helpful. We could tell it was a cherished family home that we had the pleasure of staying at in an uncluttered and pristine condition. It was a blissful stay on the Taranaki coast and we absolutely recommend! The neighbourhood also felt very safe, with great pathways and quiet roads for pushing a pram around in the morning sun. Thanks so much for our stay Jess!

Sehr viel Platz, super Ausstattung, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Lovely bright and clean space in a handy location.

We had an awesome stay in this house. From the outset, when we secured this property, the communication was excellent. When we arrived at the property, it was just as the photos had promised—a modern, well-appointed and clutter-free home. The location was excellent, especially for the reason we were in New Plymouth. All the local amenities were either a few minutes away or definitely within walking distance. The house was very clean and the linen and bedding was excellent. We would definitely and highly recommend this home and property for any prospective people wanting to stay in New Plymouth.

A wonderful stay, not only cosy and comfortable, but with excellent extras for making a meal, breakfast and great coffee, including a moka pot, all contributing to a lovely memorable stay! There was also a very interesting range of DVDs and books. Davina was attentive and caring.

Special little batch where our whanau felt welcome and had such a lovely week attending Matatini and able to escape a recharge at this wonderful batch. Denise and husband were welcoming and so very friendly. Grantee a great peaceful place with family. Nga Mihi!

It was so good to visit again after staying previously a few years ago, and enjoyed the extended space & upgrades to the bathrooms. It is such a good location with amazing views of the coast. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Leonie’s beautiful home and loved the retro/mid century vibe. We did find the traffic a bit noisy at peak times, but the overall experience was great. The coastal walkway was a wonderful walking destination and we would not hesitate to book again next time we vist New Plymouth!

What a stunning home. We stayed for a week and it was perfect to stay in a home equipped with all the small bits and pieces you don’t think you need! The outside area was beautiful with all the flowers and veggie gardens! And the deck was fantastic - whether to sunbathe or simply have a feed of fish & chips for dinner! The bedrooms were excellent and the living area and kitchen were so handy with all amenities. Would stay again!
