This is the best place in all of Namibia to stay. Franics and Freida are very friendly and make very good food. Their daughter is a sweetheart. They took me to see the Jazz festival, introduced me to many people and much Namibian culture. The place is very clean and relaxing, a real home with nice special touches. I stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. Take the Khomasdal 27 taxi to Martha street. Transit is only 12N$. Very easy. There is also a police officer next door if you need one to feel safe. I am truly blessed to have stayed here. I cant put enough good words.

Ansta is an excellent host and very efficient. Although the house we rented had some issues, Ansta relocated us to a farmhouse, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend her

Christ is a phenomenal individual and really gave me the opportunity to be immersed in the everyday life of a native Swakpomund person. Chris arranged and accompanied me on a tour of Swakpomund, transportation to tour in Walvis Bay and Sandwich Harbour and most importantly an opportunities to be part of her family. Her home is located 10 minutes from the center of town where most of the amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants etc. are located. I prepared my meals and ate several meals with Christ and her family. A traditional meal was waiting for me when I arrived! Christ also made arrangements to pick me up at the bus stop coming to Swakpomund and returning to Windhoek. Thank you Christ, Aily, and the children Josephine and Maya for making this an unforgettable holiday.

Great place

John is a great host. The house has everything you need during the stay and the pricing isn’t as inflated as other prices. Definitely recommend staying with John.
