Voor wie rust zoekt en wil onthaasten is dit de ideale bestemming! Midden in de mooie Kretenzische natuur, en toch dichtbij het leuke hippie-stadje Matala, maar ook op rijafstand van de bergen en andere mooie locaties. Wie het stijle weggetje omhoog naar de accommodatie trotseert, wordt beloond met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Kitsa was de ideale gastvrouw bij wie we altijd terecht konden. Ook voor een langer verblijf is dit huis prima: Kitsa bood extra services aan zoals verse lakens, handdoeken, een extra poetsmoment en onderhoud van het zwembad. In volle zomer zal het fijn vertoeven zijn aan de rand van en in het water, maar begin april is het nog iets te koud. Extraatje: er waren fijne lokale welkomstlekkernijen. We hebben kunnen genieten van de goed uitgeruste woning, het prachtige terras, de schaapjes in de verte, de mooie zonsondergangen en vooral de rust! Een echte aanrader in het zuiden van Kreta!

Absolutely fantastic villa with amazing view just as advertised . I came with a party of 7 and Stamatis was absolutely Amazing and accommodating for everything we need , excursions and all. Place was extremely clean and was great for my 7 person party . My only thing would be we wish the warm showers were so few and far between .

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbracht! Das Haus entspricht wirklich den Fotos im Inserat und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Savas und Maria sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die immer schnell erreichbar waren und uns sehr viele Ausflugstipps und Tipps für Tavernen gegeben haben. Man kann einiges in der Gegend unternehmen oder auch einfach am Pool die schöne Aussicht geniessen! 🔆🏖️

We have so many wonderful memories of staying at Giorgos's villa. The position was perfect for us. The pool is a good size for swimming, the BBQ space is beautiful, the beds are comfy, and the size/feel of the property is excellent. Ultimately the villa is a tasteful fusion of authentic Greek design - meets modern design. And, Rethinmo is the jewel of Greece. It's old-town, nightlife and food are unsurpassable, Raki Ba Raki 1600 is now our favourite restaurant having eaten there three times during our stay. Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

Unsere bisher beste Erfahrung bei AirBnB. Wir haben im Oktober 8 Tage in dieser wirklich tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen und haben es absolut genossen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Man blickt auf das kleine Dorf Sivas mit einer tollen Auswahl an Tavernen, im Hintergrund die Berge und das Meer. Die Unterkunft war absolut phantastisch. Neue Geräte, alles sauber, genug Handtücher und Badehandtücher, tolle Aufteilung und perfekt für uns als kleine Familie mit einem Kind. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Korb mit lokalen Lebensmitteln und Getränke im Kühlschrank. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar sehr nette Dörfer, die man besuchen kann und zwei schöne Strände sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Artemisia war schlicht perfekt. Auf alle Anfragen wurde unmittelbar reagiert. Es gab Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und sie haben sogar ein Babybett und ein Babyhandtuch umsonst für uns organisiert. Wundert euch nicht über die wenigen Bewertungen, die Unterkunft ist 3 Monate alt.

Wir waren acht Frauen, die eine Woche in der Villa Rodea verbracht haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, der Ausblick ist wundervoll und wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Betreuung durch das Komos-Team. Wir kommen wieder.

Vielen Dank für alles!!! Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit, wenn auch nur wenige Nächte, in der Villa und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Es ist sehr gepflegt und das Reinigungspersonal hat dafür gesorgt, dass alles makellos bleibt. Alle unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie wurden vollständig erfüllt. Die Villa liegt außerdem günstig in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, sodass Sie die örtlichen Tavernen und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichen können. Die Taverne „The Leaky Cauldron“, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt, war sehr gut und wir können sie empfehlen. Besonderer Dank geht an Nikos, den Besitzer, und Alexia für die Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Plakias. Das Haus und die Umgebung bieten ideale Bedingungen für erholsame, ruhige Tage in der Sonne. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Ferien mit Kindern und bietet ausreichend Platz sowie Komfort. Der Service war sehr gut und stets freundlich. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann einmal wieder zurück.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en hopen ooit nog terug te keren: wat een prachtig uitzicht, goede ligging en fantastische voorzieningen. We hebben ontzettend genoten!!

Wonderfully relaxing family holiday spent at Georgio’s place. We had a warm welcome and send off and George was always available when we needed him, at the same time also very respectful of our privacy. Local restaurants served good traditional food. The port was accessible by bus service and about €15 for taxi to Rethymno Port, although in my opinion should be considered if you are staying with young children or elderly, and so would consider hire car if you wish to explore local area. The villa’s pool was very clean and welcoming in the hot sun, and we all enjoyed the sweet and savoury treats that were baked and left for us during our stay, amazing! Overall we had a fantastic break and highly recommend a stay in Villa Rogdia.

The owners were great always on hand and responded very quickly - they arranged car hire and food delivery for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property especially if you like it private - it’s a great location to travel around due to close proximity to main roads to explore along the coast or go down to the south of the island. Would recommend you hire a vehicle, there is a Lidl 5 mins away and the main town is just around 10 mins. This would be ideal for family with older children as there is a great pool and plenty of activities ie pool table / table tennis table. The property was extremely clean with plenty of towels and lovely basket with some fruit / wine on arrival - great hosts and property….

Fantastic family holiday. The communication before we went was perfect; clear to understand and always a prompt reply. On arrival into Crete we received a message to check we had landed OK and welcome us to Crete; a really sweet touch. We were met at the property with a very warm and friendly reception from the host, given a quick tour of the property and it's facilities and then left to make ourselves at home. We were very pleased to find a selection of items provided for us to have a drink and a snack on arrival. Throughout the stay Magdalena was contactable if we had any questions and also provided some helpful recommendations of places we might like to visit. The villa was so beautiful though, that we spent a lot of time just enjoying it and relaxing in the peaceful countryside. The location of the villa is fabulous, set high on the hill with mountain and sea views in all directions, yet only a short drive to the shops and beach. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at Diktamon.

Πανέμορφος χώρος στην καρδιά του Ρεθύμνου ! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο , πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο και από κοντά ήταν ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακο από τις φωτογραφίες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , τέλεια επιλογή για ζευγάρια , οικογένειες ή παρέες . Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και απαντούσε άμεσα . Μοναδική παρατήρηση ότι το νερό της πισινας είχε αρκετά μυγάκια , φυλλαράκια κλπ , τα οποια δεν καθαρίζονταν επαρκως από τα υπάρχοντα φίλτρα στην πισίνα . Συνολικά , σίγουρα θα προτείναμε το διαμέρισμα ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζουμε να καταφέρουμε να το επισκεφτούμε ξανά !!!

We loved our 1 week stay at Sunset Villa! The location is perfect. Private with amazing views, but still close enough to restaurants and shops. Rethymno is a short drive away. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is particularly special with a large pool, nice seating areas, and great views from the roof terrace. Ibrahim and Karima were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Ibrahim was in regular contact with us after booking and waited up late for our arrival at the villa. He even provided eggs, milk, butter, bread, and fruit for us which was such a nice surprise! We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crete.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Monica. Sie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzliche begrüßt und hat uns rundum versorgt. Die Villa ist ein wahres Träumchen. Bei der Ankunft kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Die Villa ist herrlich gelegen. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Alles ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und Pitsidia ist einfach ein Ort für die Seele. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtige schöne Zeit in Monicas wunderschönen Villa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)

Très bon séjour que nous recommandons pour 4 personnes dans un petit village typique crétois magnifique maison où il ne manque rien une maison qui a un vécu. Super jardin avec une cuisine d’été une deuxième douche ,un vrais barbecue en dur. La. piscine est un plaisir bien orienté très bien entretenu avec une eau non agressive. Un mobilier extérieur répondant à tout les besoin pour l’ombre ou le soleil Literie très confortable chambres spacieuses et rangements plus que suffisant. Place de parking devant la maison. Que du positif pour un séjour paisible sans soucis

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Theodoros ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber ist immer sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns nach unserer Ankunft gleich einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Unser Check-in und Check-out war flexibel und konnte nach Absprache an unsere Flugzeiten angepasst werden. Alles in allem haben wir uns von Tag 1 sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Die Villa von Theodoros kann ich jedem der einen schönen Urlaub auf Kreta machen will bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

La villa Canyon 2 è impeccabile. Nulla da dire con riguardo alla stessa. Bella,pulita, confortevole, punto forte sicuramente l'esterno con la piscina dove rilassarsi. Si trova su una collina molto tranquilla, a 5-10 minuti d'auto dal centro, la strada per raggiungerla forse leggermente scomoda perché in salita e stretta,ma in compenso si gode nell'ambiente circostante di una grande tranquillitá. Self check in, siamo stati accolti con frutta e un plumcake. A voler essere pignoli, segnalo solo l'assenza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. In generale comunque esperienza molto positiva, tornerei sicuramente nella villa Canyon2.

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila. Fully recommend a stay at the Villa and in Crete

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Etwas abgelegen aber mit einem Auto war es perfekt. Paar Minuten war man bei der Promenade und Restaurants und Bars waren auch gut zu erreichen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden
