Kalamaria Municipality : locations de vacances avec cheminée

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ωραίο, πολύ καθαρό,τα απαραίτητα με το παραπάνω βρήκαμε γλικα και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για το καλωσόρισμα η οικοδέσποινα πολύ καλή, μας καθοδήγησε για τα πάντα θα ήθελα να ξαναπάω και θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα σε άλλους. Ηταν φανταστικά σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ Καλό Πάσχα

Sheila's House was perfect for us, very clean , secure, peaceful and private. It is well equipped and has much needed air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and sitting room. There is ample outdoor space and secure parking. Outdoor seating provides a great view of Thessaloniki and the house is in a great location for reaching the airport. It's located not too far from the local town where there are numerous restaurants and a nice walk beside the beach. Sheila is a fantastic host- very responsive, friendly and with lots of recommendations for places to go, restaurants etc. She lives nearby and is available if needed, this also makes for easy check in and out. We had a lovely, peaceful time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks Sheila, hopefully we'll meet again!

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Anastasios und sein Vater waren super Gastgeber. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Zu empfehlen.

Жильё соответствует описанию и фотографиям.Чисто везде.Большая территория.Мебель и техника на кухне отличные. Всё исправно. Шикарная духовка.Большой холодильник,стиральная машина,посудомоечная машина,интернет есть,бойлер работал.Прекрасное бельё и чистые полотенца.Чувствовали себя как дома.Очень отзывчивые хозяева.Если возникали вопросы у нас,нам быстро отвечали. Мы довольны общением и гостеприимством. В доме живёт кошка по имени Пинеллия. Мы подружились.Это хранительница дома! Рекомендую этих гостеприимных хозяев и этот прекрасный дом для отдыха. Всё соответствует описанию.Жили 16 дней в июле 2024. Rita и Christos, большое спасибо! С удовольствием погостили бы у Вас ещё раз. С уважением, Виктор.

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Great comfort appartment

Ένας εξαιρετικός χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχες, καθαρός και άνετος!!Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε!! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!

Πολύ όμορφος, καλοδιατηρημένος χώρος, με ωραία έπιπλα και παροχές. Ήσυχη περιοχή, προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, άριστος στην δουλειά του, καθώς και συνεπής. Σίγουρα χρειάζεσαι κάποια χρήματα για να μείνεις μέρες, αν όμως τα διαθέτεις πιστεύω θα αξίζει να τα δώσεις .

Ηταν όλα υπέροχα , το τζακούζι ότι πιο όμορφο και άνετο επίσης και το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο μην μιλάμε μόνο για καθαριότητες . Και η καθαριότητα ήταν τέλεια . Σίγουρα θα ξανά πάω κάποια στιγμή .

Great house! Spacious, family friendly, clean and cozy, has parking. The hostess is pleasant and friendly and highly recommended. We had a good stay and we highly recommend it.

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Aris et sa maman ont été très accueillant et rassurant, tout au long de notre séjour, ils étaient disponible pour nous, et ils nous ont conseillés diverses, activités et restaurant et commerces. Grâce à eux, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de guide Michelin ! Cela a été très appréciable, sachant que nous ne connaissions pas du tout le pays ni la région. Je recommande, nous avons vraiment manqué de rien, et la maison est magnifique aussi bien d’extérieur, que d’intérieur, j’ai apprécié le style et l’architecture de celle-ci.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier. Das Haus liegt direkt am sauberen ewig langen Sandstrand, man kann super baden und Strandspaziergänge machen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, die Küche etwas klein aber super ausgestattet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, je nach Sonnenstrand und Windrichtung. Der große Grill war super zum abendlichen Souvlaki oder Fisch grillen... das Holz muss man selber zurecht schneiden, aber mein Mann fand das super. Wenn man alle drei Schlafzimmer belegt gibt es kein gesondertes Wohnzimmer, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir entweder draußen waren oder abends eins der Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer genutzt haben. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...
