Kalamata : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

Le dimensioni dell’ appartamento sono state perfette per il nostro soggiorno in famiglia. Arredato con gusto e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno dove abbiamo fatto delle splendide colazioni.Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio sotto casa. Centro e mare a 10 min e supermercato a 5 min. Host sempre reattivo alle nostre richieste. Esperienza più che positiva.

Maria is a lovely kind friendly host. The house is clean, & right on the water. A little semi-private beach immediately below the house is the icing on the cake. Happy to recommend to anyone!

A great location in a small village on a mountain top. Aeropoli and Skoutari beach are nearby. You need a car to get to the house. The house itself is comfortable for a family. Airco's in each room which we needed because it was very hot. Clean and with all amnesties. The taverna around the corner has an amazing view, reserve a table on the balcony as it is quite popular.

Caroline en Peter zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgzaam. We kregen iedere dag een vers en afwisselend ontbijt. De studio is sfeervol en voorzien van fijne en praktische extra’s. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. Caroline en Peter geven veel tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij hen, van de prachtige tuin, de baai met strandbedden en de lekkere restaurants in de buurt. Als kanttekening kunnen we noemen dat de kookgelegenheid in de studio beperkt is en dat het kunnen beschikken over een auto wel een must is. Daarnaast zijn de wegen in de directe omgeving onverhard.

Very nice little hotel in a quaint, quiet town in the Mani Penninsula. We had a nice meal at the restaurant and bar in the town square (get the Portokalopita). Getting in and out of the town is a little work so plan to make your drives in and out in the day time if possible.

The flat is really big, clean and well equipped. Georgia is super helpful, providing great travel ideas. Located In the center of the town. Everything walkable. Two issues: wifi available only part of the time (Georgia says she is changing providers), and location near a church with morning bells and chanting. But roll with it and enjoy a lovely 5-star home and hosting. Thanks Georgia.

Nous recommandons l’appartement de Lena particulièrement bien situé à Kalamata, spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, avec une très belle terrasse, immense et vue sur la mer. La plage accessible en 2 minutes, tout comme de bons restaurants conseillés par Lena qui nous a accueillis merveilleusement et le réfrigérateur plein de bonnes choses ! Un séjour parfait. Merci Lena !

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We rent the apartment for 2 weeks. Anastasia and her brother have been great hosts and make all processes very easy. The house is perfectly located between city center and the beach all within walk distance of minutes. Near by they are a lot of local restaurants and a big supermarket. Furthermore the local bus stop is also steps away from the front door. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful balcony and air-condition. Highly recommend!!!!! Really good value for money!!!

Υπέροχος χώρος, με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και φοβερή θέα! H Angela και ο Marco ήταν πάντα παρόν όταν τους χρειαστήκαμε! Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για να εξερευνήσουμε όλη την περιοχή της Μάνης!
