Beautiful place to stay on the water! I stayed with my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, and then relaxed with my HUSBAND🥰 very nice hosts and communicated with me quickly and easily. Would stay here again!

I pay attention to the small details and this place had them! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, qtips, cotton balls, and a cute welcome basket. The surroundings are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great family vacation at Santiago's property. The location was the main reason we got it as we have family and friends living in walking distance. Loved the interior decoration. The view from the bay was amazing.

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

Perfect place. Samantha's place is now our favorite in the Kalamazoo area. Very well kept. View of lake is fantastic. I did have a problem with the door lock, but Samantha responded quick and gave us a new code.

My family and I came for the weekend for a youth wrestling tournament. House was clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely. John and Kevin were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Super clean, modern yet cozy furnishings, comfy beds- I even asked what brand mattress they were since my back actually did not hurt when I woke up! Slept like a baby. Game room and basement were really nice for the teenagers (and adults!). I had mentioned that I couldn’t live without coffee in earlier messages, and even though Sheena had a coffee pot and a keurig as well as a stocked coffee bar, she had a big new bottle of creamer, two additional bags of ground coffee, a box of kcups and a huge case of water dropped off at the house right after we got there! So amazing!!!!

I needed help one time and got a response very quickly. The space was quiet and clean. My daughter and I felt safe there.

Our family of eight came in town last minute for a funeral and had a great stay for a few nights.

Paul's apartment is on the second story of an old mansion. It is extremely clean and well furnished, but the stairs and narrow corridors and doors make it unsuitable for people who have mobility issues. The bathroom has been nicely remodeled but it is very small with a narrow entrance. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Beds are memory foam and really quite comfortable. Lots of cookware in the kitchen. The apartment has 2 enthusiastic space heaters for warmth which you need to adjust to avoid overheating. The large well lit parking area is well maintained. The building was surprisingly quiet considering the large number of apartment units

This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

Super cute space. We are also very conscious of our environmental footprint and appreciated the attention to this. I was not anticipating the steep stairs for the second floor unit - plenty of guiderails and light but not easy to carry more than one object/bag at a time. The bedding was very comfy and decor was cozy.

Paul is an excellent host! Any time we had even the smallest of question, he could not have been friendlier! The bed is comfy. The entire space was so clean. The large TV and pinball machine are added perks. And the street and building are extremely charming. We very much enjoyed our little city experience.

Kara’s place was a perfect spot to stay for a couple nights while in town skiing at Bittersweet Mountain Resort…was super close to all the cool breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants in downtown Kalamazoo…highly recommend!

Stayed here twice - will definitely go back next time I’m in Kalamazoo
