Great place to stay with a large group! So much space to spread out. And the game room on the third floor was AMAZING! We had so much fun hanging out up there, playing games and pool. The kids loved it! We definitely want to stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

This is a great condo just a couple blocks from downtown SoHa. Very convenient to farmer’s market and downtown fun. Walkable to restaurants. Great parks near by. Parking was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the sparkling clean heated pool and nice hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped and condo is very clean. We will be back!

The Host was very responsive to our questions and timely. We loved the condo and will stay there again if the opportunity is needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Host was proactive and helpful. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was amazing! Both the tub and shower were phenomenal. Douglas is a darling little town - even in winter when some places are on winter break. The Happystance Dinette right below the unit was excellent - highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. And since they close at 2:00, it’s very quiet at the property in the evenings. I highly recommend this location!

Babina's room in the apartment was an oasis of peace, exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was lovely to have the room to myself and access to other shared spaces was never a problem. Babina kept in contact and was easy to reach and made me feel right at home. A perfect option for my stay while visiting my son at ND!! Off-street parking was easy to find and the neighborhood was OK for South Bend.

All the furnishings and spaces were as pictured and very tastefully done with high end touches. Very walkable to downtown. It can be difficult to find places with multiple king beds so that was fabulous!

Met our needs quite well and easily worked and were quickly responsive with any questions. Great stay!

Cannot rave enough about this place. From the convenieve of a private door on the first floor, the swimming pool and hot tub, and the theatres. The place was spotless and even had things in case you fogot something. They also had kids stuff for the beach. It felt just like home. The bed in the master was absolutey amazing and was the best sleep weve had. As far as dowtown...its right there for everything you need. Our host was also fantastic and very responsive.

This rental was even better than the photos. Gorgeous condo. My kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor pool was awesome to have as one of our days was too cold and windy for beach or outdoor pool. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balconies. Location can’t be beat, right next to the Stray Dog. Jason was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We hope to return to this great spot!

Large space with nice open area. Walkable (for us and older kids) to the beach and town. We had good weather, but the pool and hot tub would be great if not. We even went a few times anyway. The space does have a Keurig and the Building is the Broadway building (Not Erie or Heron as the directions said).

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

Lorinda’s condo was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever rented. Large and roomy, extremely well equipped, a lovely welcome basket at arrival; it truly exceeded our expectations. Convenient to downtown and the shores of Lake Michigan, this unit is truly worth renting. Our only quibble was with the non functional coffee maker, but we worked through that and can’t really deduct that issue from our overall score!

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

This home was absolutely stunning! Nothing about the property disappointed! It’s very spacious and multiple rooms to congregate. We did a small girls trip but would work beautifully for families and couples! Wineries are very close by. We were going to go out to eat but with the beautiful kitchen we chose to eat in and cook! No losing here!

home was very clean and quiet area we enjoyed our stay the whole weekend we just wish the beds was softer but we would definitely book again

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare. We didn’t even use the basement. The furniture was comfortable and we had enough room for everyone to sit and relax. Most places the furniture is uncomfortable and not enough sitting for everyone.

My family and I are originally from Benton Harbor so when we come into town we like to stay in airbnb's to accommodate us. Sara's place did just that! The house was very cute and homey. They did a great job with remodeling of home. My family loved that they thought of all the little touches a family might need when staying there. If you're coming to visit the beaches or the shops in St. Joe you are only a few mins away from all the action. We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book with them. We really appreciated the quick responses we received when we needed to ask questions.

Joshua was so accommodating and kind. The beds were especially comfortable! This was the perfect setting for our family from Michigan, New York and Missouri to spend time catching up after our brother-in-law's memorial in nearby Jenison. The quiet, comfortable, and very private atmosphere was just what we all needed, especially my sister who had just lost her husband. Joshua made this all possible by making sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding host!! I HIGHLY recommend!

Great place especially last minute as we were in town for a funeral. Host was very gracious and accommodating.
