The condo was plenty spacious, peacefully quiet, and generally as pictured although it was difficult to tell from photos that the master bedroom is an upstairs loft style room so noise from downstairs can be easily heard. The location was beautiful and an easy drive to get to a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store. The host was very communicative and responsive. I'd be happy to stay here again on a future trip.

The place was beautiful and well-appointed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Jodi was an incredible host. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back!

This condo is very quiet, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Nice sunsets. We really enjoyed the golfing (reasonable rate with the member's pass), and pickleball/tennis is very close ...beside the pool. Close by is a gym - which had a big workout area and daily cardo classes. Also - a very good grocery store nearby. The condo was well set-up for the two of us. particularly helpful were the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We spent many afternoons visiting different beaches along the Waikoloa coast. Some were a few miles away, others about 15 min drive. The guidebook in the condo was very helpful.

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

Great communication, very comfortable accommodations and in a great spot for all the things you would want to do on the big island.

Allyson was a great host. She responded to every questions we had. Willing to get a problem fixed, she came to condo to figure out what we were doing wrong. The place had everything possible for a relaxing vacation. There was not one thing that the condo did not have. Kitchen was very well equipped. Closet has enough beach equipment. Comfortable beds, bathrooms were very clean. Thank you Allyson for making our trip such a wonderful experience. You are a great host.

The condo was wonderful! We had 5 adults and it felt big enough! Really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and boogie boards. Made the beach days much more enjoyable! Great recommendations on farmers markets and restaurants! Highly recommend staying here.

This condo is really lovely and very well appointed. The Kitchen is well stocked. The spaces are comfortable and the lanai is great for eating meals. The pool is fun for kids. We really liked staying here. The entrance lock on the door does not match the video, but is still fairly easy to figure out. Communication with the unit manager was fine, although she was unable to have the golf cart removed that was parked in the unit's driveway. However, there is convenient guest parking, so it was not really a bother.
