our stay at Gwens place in Albany was really great. Really nice location close to the beach. The house has all the facilities and have been kept really well. Highly recommended if you want to have some quality time in Albany for holidays.

Great wee place with everything you need for a few days in Albany. A few minutes walk to the beach and great base for exploring the area. The villa was clean and Sue was a friendly and helpful host.

The home was used as a base for 6 weeks work in Albany. It was very relaxing with all the amenities we required to unwind after a full day on-site. We were close to the beach and only 6 minutes from the town centre.

Lovely place in a perfect location. Comfortable beds and only a few minutes to the beach.

A beautiful house in a great location. We felt so relaxed here and had a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave.

What a beautiful place to stay and to show European relatives' part of our beautiful state, the view is stunning only a 10-minute drive into the town which has everything, the views are just breathtaking, so peaceful and very private. Thank you David your responses to my emails were very prompt. We will be back soon.

Pros - fabulous location approx. halfway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point. A 5 min stroll to the beach and then you would often have a huge stretch of beach all to yourself. Can also easily walk along the beach or cycle track to Emu Point cafe for brekky or lunch. Was lovely to hear the ocean at all times and there were floor-to-ceiling windows to let in lots of natural light and fresh air. The unit itself is also very spacious inside. Outdoor shower (round the back corner of the house) was a bonus after a beach swim! Helen was easy to communicate with and friendly. Cons - washing machine only works intermittently, other times clothing comes out sudsy and soaked. Dryer turns on but doesn't actually work to dry the clothes. Bed in master bedroom - Tempur foam mattress - some people may love it, we found it very uncomfortable as not used to that type of mattress. No tempering valve in the kitchen tap - don't burn yourself! Overall, we had a great stay!

Really lovely location and apartment. Right near beach. Lovely clean apartment with really nice garden and bbq area. Would have no problems recommending this property and would go back again.
