This house was amazing and very accommodating my family of 4. The kitchen was beautiful and a very open concept, in which I love especially during vacation to talk to my kids and spouse when needed. All of my basic essentials that I didn't even think about packing was provided, to name a few bug spray, hydrogen peroxide in which my kid needed bc he cut his foot on a rock at the beach, 1st aid kit, aloe, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, extra toilet paper, and many others that I cannot even think on the top of my head. I also love the master shower that had the digital temperature and water pressure. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come re-book if I come back to Kauai.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and this one was the best stocked of all of them! The kitchen had everything that anyone would need, and there was plenty of beach gear in the garage. There is a grocery store and a small strip mall (with a tiki bar!) within walking distance. It was a nice place for our family of five to hang out while we visited the north shore beaches.

Pam's place was everything we could have asked for and then some on our trip :) We highly recommend booking Pam's place if available, she provides you with everything you need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. She literally has everything, from beach chairs, coolers to keep your beverages cold while out enjoying the island to boogie boards, snorkeling gear. There's was even sunscreen available for us to use. What more can one ask for from a host. 10/10 Shipwreck beach is but a quick 5 min walk, I would recommend making the walk to watch the sunrise as when you get to the beach along the way you'll see some benches along the grand Hyatt that make it perfect to watch the sunrise. Poipu beach was a 3 min drive, at sunset the turtles swim to shore making it a great place to enjoy your sunset. Finally, the home itself is gorgeous, super clean, quiet and private, you'll feel right at home and very spacious, perfect place to unwind from a busy day out on the island.

My family had a wonderful stay at Jacob’s house. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood which is minutes from both Poipu and Baby Beach and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping in Poipu and Kōloa! Everything looked just like the photos in the listing. My kids loved all the extra sand toys and having fresh fruit on the lanai every morning. Unfortunately, the AC had broken just before our stay but Jacob communicated quickly and found a remedy that made our stay comfortable and cool. Would stay here again!

Loved how this sweet little cottage was snuggled into a neighborhood away from the busy touristy areas. Close drive to anywhere on the island. Loved it!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

These units are run by the hotel, so check in/out was a breeze. They didn't have our sized room available at time we checked in so they upgraded us. Sweet! We were blown away at the beautiful pools, Mai tai Saturday and everything. Unit was everything we expected and more. The only thing to complain about is all of the roosters walking around the property waking us up early. Other than that, short drive to the neighborhood shopping center with large Foodland supermarket, hardware, etc. Definitely will come again.

Allison was a great host and has excellent communication with clear directions and instructions. The location is beautiful and close to great cafe’s and shops. I was worried about parking, but there were always spots available at all times of the day. Would definitely recommend staying here but just a heads up - we could hear the upstairs guests walking around quite a bit and when they used the laundry machine (just outside the front door) in the middle of the night, but Allison was great to provide earplugs in advance!

Sarah's apartment was great! It is a spacious apartment with everything one needs, from paper towels, toilet paper to oil and spices for cooking. The location is in the middle of Princeville, which is a great place on the north shore. However, the bedroom faces the main road of the Sandpiper community, hence it can be quite loud at night. The walls are very thin, thus you can hear conversations from neighbors. However, given the great value of the apartment, I would still highly recommend it.

Das Studio liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Wir haben uns direkt wir zuhause gefühlt. Obwohl wir sehr früh angekommen sind, konnten wir direkt einchecken. Unser Studio lag etwas höher in der zweiten Etage. Daher hatten wir einen Meerblick. Im Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants, Shops und einen Supermarkt. Sehr gute Location für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Kauai!

Great place with plenty of space and a gorgeous big yard with covered and uncovered seating areas. Well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of basic cooking equipment, some oils vinegars, spices, sugar etc likely left by previous guests, and a propane grill that was in good shape. Very comfortable bed, and I'm fussy about beds. Everything you could possibly need for the beach except surfboards. Absolutely loved the 7pm check-out time! Super nice owner (I met Adam, but not Beata). They live upstairs, but were very quiet. Speaking of quiet, this property seemed to have a lot less roosters than most places I've stayed on Kauai--I didn't need to use my ear plugs. I would absolutely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I stopped staying in conventional hotels 25 years ago in favor of AIRBNB....and this one was the creme de la creme! It's a studio apartment beneath their gorgeous home and has panoramic windows looking out to a nature wonderland. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views and so pastoral -- a delicious retreat from city life. The neighborhood itself is a treat to behold....so many unusual birds and plants and trees and Lauren's house is one of the few backing to open space, as we call it here in Boulder. Everything was so fresh and clean. There is a grocery store just 1/2 a mile away along with a few casual restaurants. Kauai is now my favorite place--it's gentle and mystical and what is better than both mountains and ocean on the beautiful north shore near the iconic Napali Coast. And Lauren's accommodations will enhance your visit to the hilt~!

This little spot was perfect get away. Quiet and close to everything we needed. Comfy bed. The kitchen was well equipped to make most anything and we were able to buy fresh fish and veg at local farmers market ( which were in the great guest guide). The response of host was amazing. I highly recommend this spot fora perfect Hawaiian get away. Mahalo!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The home was spotless, exactly as described, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — including essentials for a perfect beach day and snorkeling. The breathtaking 180° ocean view made every moment special, and waking up to rainbows and whales was unforgettable. We’d love to return someday. Mahalo for sharing this wonderful space!

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

Kaz’s place was very clean and centrally located near many restaurants and stores. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning from the front of the apartment complex. Would definitely book again!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The location was central to everything we wanted to do on the island. There was close grocery and shopping. The place was just as described. Amy was very responsive before and during our stay. There were no surprises. Everything was just as it was promised. We highly recommend this place and would stay again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious, well-furnished and tastefully decorated condo. The three-bedroom set-up was perfect for our family: parents downstairs in the master, and kids upstairs, each with their own room. Morning coffee and breakfasts on the lanai were peaceful. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for prepping family meals. Pool and workout facilities were nice. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards stored in the garage. Communication with the owner was clear, detailed and timely. Overall, we loved this condo and enjoyed its close proximity to amenities and activities in Poipu and Koloa.
