Amazing villa, perfect for our family of 6, 2 kids, parents and grandparents. Niki and Thanos were very accommodating, assisting with reservations, providing recommendations and allowing flexibility with check in and out. The villa was beautiful and very clean. Cleaning service was provided every other day. The location was perfect for us as it was walking distance to the beach and multiple excellent crags. I will definitely stay again if it isn’t already booked out!!

Antonio was a wonderful and attentive host, always willing to help. We had an amazing time on Kalymnos, and Antonio’s house was perfect for our group. The hillside location offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is wonderfully peaceful. We would love to return anytime!

Stunning place inside and out. Unusual villa for Kalymnos. Luxury, modern and immaculate. Beautifully constructed. Very high spec equipment and very well equipped. Larder was well stocked. A beautiful birthday cake left for me in the fridge. The views and sunsets were up there with the best on the island. Blown away by this amazing villa.

if I could give 6 stars I would. Niki and Thanos were excellent hosts, providing everything they could to ensure our holiday was extra special. The properties on this small complex are amazing and the views incredible. Anna, Poppy and Anna (the house keeping staff) were supper helpful, lovely and friendly. We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was cleaned daily with sheets and towels frequently changed. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the view was beautiful. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for an extended period and left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Cem was a helpful host and her place was lovely. Great pool and view and nice big house. The property manager was also helpful for check in and check out. The area doesn’t have a lot to do but the house itself was a great base for us. Thank you

Villa con vista mozzafiato terrazzo meraviglioso dove poter cenare e passare splendide serate. Qualche difetto c è come alcune lampadine non funzionanti la mancanza di zanzariere e la mancanza del condizionatore nella seconda camera che è dislocata è più una dependance. C è stato purtroppo l ultimo giorno anche la mancanza di acqua ma abbiamo passato in 3 una vacanza memorabile e Patmos è un isola splendida

Beautiful villa with wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. Meals outside were a delight. We had a Turkish Breakfast prepared by the staff on sight and could not have been more impressed. We looked forward to the evening sunsets and made it a point to be at the villa each evening for that reason. The host has provided many activities and amenities that we were still discovering on our last day at the property. The property was fun for the entire family, ages ranging from 10 to 60. This property did not disappoint. If you plan on venturing offsite other than the short walk to the beach, transportation is a must at this location. A big thank you to our host and the caretakers.

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Ich war für vier Tage da. Das Haus war komplett sauber. Für die Erstnutzung ist alles vorhanden. Yamaç war immer gut zu erreichen und immer sehr freundlich. Bei jeder Frage immer hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen

Good house, good households. Worth the price in Bodrum.

Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

Daha önceden iyi bildiğim bir konumdu, ilk defa konaklamama rağmen ev kendi evim gibiydi. Sorunsuz bir konaklama geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. The villa gives a beautiful view of the Aegean, and stunning sunsets. The house is spacious, with good sized bedrooms. The pool is well kept and lovely. Loungers around the pool mean you never want to leave. The original location description seems to have the villa a little nearer to the road than the actual location, so were weren't exactly where we thought we were staying, but the extra height obviously meant we good better views... it was just a longer walk after an evening out. Communication was good, and both the host and his co-host were very helpful.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

We had an exceptional stay with Murat as our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly nice and responsive, regularly following up to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the linens and towels was impeccable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Murat consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend everyone to experience his hospitality.

Absolutely loved my stay at this charming Airbnb in Bitez.The location is simply perfect – peaceful, authentic. Bitez has a special charm that combines Bodrum’s laid-back vibe with natural beauty, making it an ideal escape. The house itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Though compact, it’s cleverly designed to be both functional and very comfortable. Every item had its place, nothing felt out of order – it’s clear that a lot of thought went into organizing the space. The interior design was tasteful, blending modern touches with cozy, Mediterranean elements. Carole and Hilmi were exceptional hosts. Friendly, attentive, and always just a message away – they handled every small request or question with lightning speed. Their warmth made the stay even more enjoyable.

Raina's place was exactly as described - a really lovely villa fully equipped with everything that you need. We were a family of 4, and it was perfect. The view from the terrace was great with a view of the sea. The house is well-placed to visit Yalikavak and Bodrum. It's worth driving just 7 minutes to the local little port where there are many little restaurants and bars to eat or drink. Raina was the perfect host and could. ot have been more helpful. Definitly worth booking !
