We couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend up north. The colors were fabulous and the lake was gorgeous. Ben and Alessia’s cottage is wonderful and has a prime location on the lake. They had all amenities that we could ask for in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The fire pit outside was great to have a bonfire too. Everything was so nice and clean and there was easy access to whatever we needed. We had no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation up north!

We had a great time at Jillian’s place. Everything was as described and Jillian was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely visit again.

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

Everything as pictured and described. We fit comfortably with plenty of room. Great location, close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Awesome gameroom for kids. Mother in law suite smelled a little musty, and also no closets or dressers in there for ur clothes. It would be nice if there was at least 1 dresser. But worked for what we needed.

Great place for the family. Plenty of things to do at the house. Also not too far from Traverse City or Boyne Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay the weekend of Feb 15th-17th. The house has a beautiful cabin feel and was spacious enough for 5 adults and 1 teenager. All the amenities you need. Great location for skiing at Shanty Creek (20min drive) and Boyne Mountain (30min drive). Definitely a lot of snow in Feb. and need 4x4 for driveway and driving in the area. Highly recommend staying here. Sue, property manager, is great, proactive in her communication and always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is an absolute treat having our boat right outside at the dock. We loved listening to the loons. Mark, the property manager is super helpful (thank you!). The property is clean, clutter free, and the house is stocked very well with essentials. Michael accommodated a special request I had for our stay during booking and I really appreciated the opportunity. We would love to stay here again! My only complaint is the trip went by too fast!

Greg and Katrina’s home was awesome lots todo for people all ages. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and the place was really well taken care of. I’d stay there agin!

Brenda and Jim’s place is great if you are in the area as it’s very quiet and private, beautiful surroundings and not too far from TC or the Frankfort area. We spent the weekend for the local Ironman and it was the right choice. You get all the rest you need and are close enough to both the race venue and some other small towns with nice places to eat and chill. The property was very clean, well organized and really spacious. I’d totally recommend it.

It was absolutely beautiful. The trees had just changed colors and it was such a nice view! It was quiet and private. During business hours, you can hear the wine tasting room but that didn’t bother me at all. We stopped in and the staff were super friendly and helpful. So happy to have visited. Highly recommend!

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay! It’s close to downtown without being downtown. It was nice to be closer to nature with the ease of the city being a short commute. The place was exactly like the pictures and the host is very responsive.

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

We so enjoyed our stay! Very clean, exactly like the pictures/description, located close to downtown TC and within driving distance of beautiful hiking and scenery. Kelly offered great recommendations and the space had everything we needed. It was also very private even though it is a basement apartment! We could hear footsteps above us every so often, but by no means did it impact our stay. The bed was also very comfortable and the blankets/linens were clean and cozy. Lots of closet/drawer space was provided for clothing. Kelly and Hal also provided a complimentary bottle of local champagne for my husband and I to celebrate our first wedding anniversary with! It was truly an excellent stay.

this was our 3rd stay at Troy's cabin and once again our family was pleased. we do a winter vacation, skiing and snowmobiling. I highly recommend this place based on location and the property amenities it offers. the driveway is narrow and if you have a trailer bigger than a 3 place it will be tight when there is a lot of snow. 4x4 vehicle highly recommended in the winter.

The Two Duck Cabin was a great place to get away for a long weekend. The cabin was well stocked and we could’ve spent the entire weekend without leaving. Everything was very clean and there were things like extra mud towels for the dog to keep it nice and clean. The plot of land was so peaceful and listening to the turkeys gobble away was a good change of pace. This is definitely the place to go if you want to get away from busy Traverse City, but still be close enough to drive into town for dinner.

Such an adorable cabin. Everything is there that you'd need and more. Cozy, warm and inviting. We were in a predicament, and Erin came to our rescue. We couldn't have been happier.

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Nice sandy beach with minnows that’ll kiss your toes. Plenty to do on the property and extremely well stocked with everyday amenities; i.e. kitchen utensils, full fridge, tons of towels, washer, dryer, and even a pack n play, high chair, kiddie plates and silverware. We had a blast and will for sure book again!

We had a great time there. It was very clean. It felt very cozy. It has Great Internet to watch movies and had good cellular service. They are very responsive on msg if we had any questions. They even msg us to ask if we had any garbage that needed to go for their trash day. They came over and picked it up. 👍 This was are 4th Rental in this area. This is are #1 We plan on coming back up this summer for a few days. We definitely will be coming back next year for deer season again. Thanks again 👍

I had a great stay here. The pictures were exactly how the cabin was. They had lots of amenities which we loved. We definitely will be staying here again when we visit the area thank you guys for the great experience.

Wow is the first words that come to mind. We felt so at home here. Went up for side by side riding for the weekend. I cannot say enough about this place. The home was so beautiful. Being able to use the shop to park was great. Absolutely 100% recommend you stay here. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful cabin, My family and I enjoyed the natural beauty all around. We enjoy the outdoors and there was a lot to do all around close by, overall it was an amazing time.
