Perfect location for a golf weekend getaway. Great view with plenty of space. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed Brian’s place. There was plenty of room for all our ski gear and only 3 mins to the mountain. Having access to the Schuss hot tub was a bonus. There are plenty of board games available and the internet worked well. This has been one of our favorite Airbnbs during the ski season.

We could not have asked for a better place for our group of adults and kids ranging from infant to 8 years old. The pool and hot tub were perfect for everyone, games provided in the home were great, and the golf simulator was a big hit. The beds were spread out and perfect for a large group! We would absolutely recommend and absolutely return! Hosts were nothing but helpful and accommodating at all times. This was a last minute need to find due to weather and it ended up better then we could expect!

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! Chelsea was very welcoming and accommodating! We spent a few days at Shanty Creek for a conference and went skiing at Schuss Mountain. Great location for both activities! Highly recommend staying here- Chelsea was a wonderful host!

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Comfortable stay for a skiing and snowboarding weekend. Clean and plenty of space for larger groups

We had a great stay. House is on three levels so it offers a lot of privacy. Having three showers on three different floors is great for big groups. There are a LOT of steps at this house - we are all in good shape so it wasn't an issue but that is something to consider. We had so much snow we had to shovel constantly both steps and driveway. Thankfully owner provided shovels and ice melt. The house is great and even had a pancake griddle! Driveway is very steep and was difficult for the one family that didn't have four wheel/AWD drive to get up. That is another thing to keep in mind during winter months - this was an epic year for snow! Schuss has had 156 inches and counting! Great house - great location - great amenities - great host. Thanks for the memories!

This was probably my favorite vacation rental of any that I have used. The house was huge with plenty of room for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen. The pond and the forest made everything magical. Theresa was a wonderful friendly conscientious host. If you're coming to the Traverse City area, this is the place to stay. We also visited Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs.

Extremely beautiful home and property. Very clean and spacious. The house and kitchen had all the essentials, and there were a variety of games for all the children. Our personal favorite was shuffleboard. The dock is absolutely perfect for fishing, and the paddleboat is a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have TVs in pretty much every room. I also loved that there were so many soft blankets and cozy spots throughout the home. We were able to use the fire pit and grill, and overall, it was a fantastic getaway for the family, and I love that this stunning property is pet-friendly! Highly recommend!

Jamie's place was great to stay. Close to Torch lake, quiet peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Farmhouse while hunting in the area. They provided us with everything we needed plus extra food and pop and water . Also had a fresh Cherry Pie for us . We enjoyed our stay again this year .

a very peaceful and fun getaway for a family. Plenty of beds for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with many spices to cook and be able to use for our stay. Loved exploring up north here

We had a great stay! Beautifully placed in the middle of peace and quiet…the hot tub was fun, the house was exactly as we expected and we felt very welcomed. Alden and its surrounding cities are always fun to check out, just far enough away but not too far from the house. There’s also a market/gas station not far from the house, so we easily drove to do a little grocery shopping. Kevin is a great host — I’m thoroughly impressed with our stay and hope to stay here again!

The cabin was very nice and cozy. Well decorated and all new/updated. Winter was hanging around so we didn’t take advantage of the wonderful property and fire pit but we did use the hot tub. That was perfect on a cold evening. We will definitely re-book soon!

This was the first time we used Airbnb for a family get together. We had a family reunion in Traverse City close by. This worked out great for us to have my son and his family staying together instead of getting a hotel rooms in Traverse City. I would recommend a place very clean lots of room worked out great for our situation. A very good communication with Kim The Host! I will recommend a couple of things for Kim but we'll be on a personal basis. Great place to stay thank you!

What a cute little house! We came to see torch lake and stayed here with some friends and our kids. What a beautiful place to come back to and relax after a day on the lake! The place was very clean! If we could give 10 stars we would!!
