We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

We chose Sanira's apartment as our place to stay while we worked on our wedding arrangements since it was at the center of Colombo and made it easy to travel to our vendor appointments. The place was impeccably clean, tidy and modern, which are all extremely important to my wife and I. The only problem we encountered frequently (which isn't a reflection on the host) had to do with the building's security. They've made it unnecessarily strict and complex to the point where it almost felt like they were constantly interrogating us and our guests, despite having stayed at this place for almost a month. Besides the few altercations that we had with security during our stay, this was an excellent pick and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Especially remarkable were the possibility to check in early, since I arrived in the morning already. Initially the WLAN did not work, but Sumudu was immediately available and able to solve the problem within a short time. The rooftop pool was wonderful, the staff in the builing was helpful and extremely friendly. All in all a perfect experience. I look forward to come back.

I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

I would like to thank Lalin and caretaker Hettiarchchi for welcoming us to this luxurious property which i considered a hidden gem. Coming through the gates is a feeling i cannot describe and can only be experienced if you book and stay. Amenities as stated, place was spotless and caretaker was available late at night when we had questions. To anybody looking to explore Colombo or neighbouring areas i highly recommend to spend your nights at (that place) 🙂. You will not regret it. I will be retuning here again for sure. we had a wonderful stay at Sepalinka. we wished to have more evenings. she is a very responsive and available host, helped by two very gentle housekeepers who are always close by to help you with any requests. One of our best stay. thank you for every, we will come back!

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

Udeni e il suo marito sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili in qualsiasi orario della giornata, questa è la secondo volta che ci siamo visti ed è stato come essere a casa, Udeni ci ha aiutato molto ed è una brava cuoca, ci preparava “kola kanda” e tante altre cose buone del paese, nel momento che siamo stati male ha preso cura di noi come se fossero i suoi figli. La casa è molto spaziosa e ordinata come sempre, sicuramente ci torneremo di nuovo.

Don was very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and well furnished. The host was always at hand to help and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Kalum and the caretaker were excellent communicators, always responsive to our needs. Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a great comfortable stay. With newly renovated kitchen and appliances, the place is absolutely amazing. Mayurie as always response to queries with no delay. Will choose this place again with no hesitate.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. We had no issues during our visit . Added extras like tea/coffee, crackers , chocolate biscuits, soft drinks & bananas were a sweet touch . Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at Sonali’s. The apartment is modern and practically the entire place has air conditioning. Very central location in Colombo. Jogging trails are nearby as is a Spa Ceylon. The caretaker was very helpful. We would highly recommend Sonali’s for a family stay.

Shiffan has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His house was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and private retreat. I highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka for a truly memorable experience.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again.
