Sanjaya was a lovely host! We had a wonderful time at his gorgeous place - the view was incredible. His mother was also so sweet, and we really enjoyed our conversations with both of them :) thank you!

Great little space tucked away close to the waterfall. The route to get to the place is a little hard but the drive is worth it. The rooms are rustic and are comfortable. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

Der Aufenthalt im BBC war wirklich ein Traum. Man kann aus dem Bett direkt auf‘s Meer schauen, das Zimmer selbst hat alles, was man braucht, es ist sauber, sieht schön aus und ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich inkl. Pool sind super schön. Der Strand ist auch super privat, wirklich kaum Menschen da. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns quasi jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Frühstück war im Preis inklusive und auch sehr lecker und nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Auch zu Abend haben wir dort gegessen und es hat immer gut geschmeckt. In der Umgebung kann man jetzt nicht uuuultra viel machen (ein paar Sachen gibt es aber natürlich schon), wir fanden die Anlage aber so schön, dass wir auch einfach gern dort waren und uns entspannt haben. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen - für uns war es der perfekte Start in den Sri Lanka Urlaub.

Мы очень рады,что выбрали именно эту виллу. Если смотреть по Google maps, то кажется, что она расположена далеко от океана. На деле же, это всего 10 минут пешком. К тому же по дороге от виллы до пляжа постоянно ездят тук-туки, которые за очень небольшие деньги, а порой и бесплатно, подвезут вас. Пляж чистый, туристов немного, волны умеренные, пляжные рестораны на каждом шагу. На самой вилле есть всё необходимое для отдыха, а если чего-то не хватает, это с радостью и практически мгновенно обеспечит управляющий виллой Индика. Завтрак входит в стоимость размещения. На столе всегда свежие фрукты, хлеб, тосты, джем, яичница. Комнаты просторные, с кондиционерами. В каждой комнате свой душ и туалет. Каждый день вас будет удивлять и восхищать местная фауна. Местные жители искренне дружелюбны. Комфортный и недорогой трансфер из аэропорта и обратно можно заказать у хозяина виллы или напрямую у управляющего Индики. Он же поможет с экскурсиями и расскажет, где и что лучше купить и обменять деньги по хорошему курсу. Спасибо Villa Tropicana за гостеприимство.

Majic location to swim in the warm sea, spot the turtles in the evening, relax in the sun or shade with also options of outdoor shower and pool. Great spacious clean room and comfy bed. Lovely hosts that are happy to accommodate your needs.

We had the most wonderful stay at this place. The family who hosted us were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place is amazing, clean, beautiful and the fleshly prepared food was absolutely delicious, and it truly made our experience in Sri Lanka even more special. If we ever return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely make sure to stay at their place again. Thank you so much for everything – we can't wait to come back!
