Kalyves : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Wir haben uns in dem steinernen, kleinen Sommerhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der von einem alten Weinstock überdachte Innenhof hat uns begeistert. Abends konnte man ihn gemütlich und schön beleuchteten. Gefreut hat uns, dass in der Küche alle notwendigen Gewürze vorhanden waren und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch stand. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber dennoch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und vom alten Dorfkern Kolumbarys ist ideal. Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Dimitrios war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter! We felt very comfortable in the small stone summer house. The courtyard covered by an old vine was very charming. In the evening, it was cozy and beautifully lit. We were pleased that all the necessary spices were available in the kitchen and a bottle of red wine was on the table to welcome us. Amazing people, very helpful and great to be around with. Mixalis and his wife were very kind and caring and we had a great time getting to know them. Evelina was the source of all information, very responsive and friendly. When things came up she was very quick to respond and assisted us as much as possible, she also provided various tips on what to see and how to get around this beautiful place. The place itself was clean and beautiful, close to local cafes, shops and the old town. This will definitely be our go to place when we come back to Chania!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison seastar ! C’est un véritable petit paradis avec son accès privatif à la mer ( on s’endort au bruit des vagues), son coucher de soleil de rêve et son emplacement idéal. L’hôte absolument adorable est venu nous chercher sur la route pour nous guider, nous a bien conseillés pour visiter les lieux et a répondu à toutes nos questions. De délicieux gâteaux faits maison et figues confites succulentes nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison est petite mais très bien agencée; la cuisine est bien équipée, des chaussons de plage et des serviettes sont à disposition, il y a plusieurs spots autour de la maison pour manger, se reposer, faire un barbecue ou se prélasser sur un hamac. Un parking est à disposition ce qui est très pratique. On peut se rendre à pieds à une taverne toute proche. Mais une fois sur place on est au paradis entre la mer et les fleurs; on n’a plus du tout envie de partir. Un logement et un hôte exceptionnels

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Evangelia is the perfect host. Daedalux House is just stunning. Tastefully and beautifully furnished. Our flight was delayed 24 hours and Evangelia was hugely accommodating. Highly, highly recommended!

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε αυτό το ιδιαίτερο και μαγευτικό σπίτι. Ειναι ενα αναπαλαιώμενο ελαιοτριβείο που ;έχει φτιαχτει για φιλοξενία με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού και είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Μακάρι να είχαμε περισσότερες ημέρες στη διάθεσή μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!!!

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed online. We were able to park near the apartment which meant we could explore all of the local beaches and visit the old town. The apartment was located 10m from the beach, ideal for a early morning swim. We would love to stay at Georgia's place again :)

È stato un piacere soggiornare qua, la casa è della giusta dimensione per due persone e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in Grecia. La posizione è strategica per le spiagge e i luoghi da visitare soprattutto sulla costa ovest di Creta e comunque vicino a ogni tipo di servizio. Tranquillità assoluta di notte e posizionata in cima a una piccola collina da cui si può anche ammirare l'alba sul mare. Unica nota, forse il bagno necessiterebbe di una piccola ristrutturazione in quanto molto basico ma funzionale. Frank è stato molto gentile e disponibile, anche pronto con consigli sulla zona e su cosa visitare. Location consigliata anche per gli amanti dei gatti.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

Ein super schönes Apartment für einen Urlaub auf Kreta! Der Ausblick auf der riesigen Terrasse ist einzigartig, hier lässt es Sicht gut Entspannen. Almyrida ist fußläufig in 8 min zu erreichen, jedoch ist der Fußweg etwas steil. Das Apartment hat direkt davor einen zugewiesen Parkplatz. Alles super, gerne wieder!

The appartment was as at the photos Spyros has upload at the listing with everything needed even for a family with a little kid. Spyros was very responsive and helpful on whatever we asked for. Regarding the location, Nea Chora is the best neighborhood at Chania if someone needs to be close in walking distance to the city center and old harbor and needless to have a car to move around.

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

We stayed for a month in Rethymno to not only escape winter at home in Canada, but to ensure we had time to experience Crete. Having a two bedroom apartment was great, room to spread out and a place to spend time on a rainy day. One of the mini-split AC/heaters broke but our host was on top of it and had it fixed quickly. She brought a portable heater while it was being fixed. The location is great. It’s a 20min walk to the old town. There’s a grocery store nearby. The street in front is quiet.

The apartment unit is beautiful, very modern, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe walking around. We rented a car and there were lots of free street parking available. John and Anastasia were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly which we appreciated very much. We had a wonderful stay in Chania and would highly recommend.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Super Ausstattung, die Einrichtung ist individuell, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Alles top, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Perfekte Lage, um Chania zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen zum Relaxen und die tollen Ausblicke zu genießen. Zum Venezianischen Hafen bzw. in die Altstadt ist es ein schöner kleiner Spaziergang über die Uferpromenade an zahlreichen Restaurants vorbei. Persönlicher und sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation ist top. Liebe Christina, vielen Dank, wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung und in Chania sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandros apartment . The garden is amazing & the host is professional & friendly . Alexandros was very helpful with everything we asked . The swimming pool is big & the garden furniture is very cozy . The appartement itself is very functional & only 10/15 mins drive from the old city . We highly recommend it .
