Kaon is a good soul and a very nice host. Checkin was super easy, he showed me as well the neighborhood and answered all my questions. He is allways there when u need him, but also very quiet and respects your privacy. His House is a perfect Spot to explore the island

Very clean and comfortable spot up on the hill in Wailea. Just a quick walk to Monkeypod for drinks and Akamai for coffee- would recommend driving to the beach (free parking!) since the walk back home can be tough. Loved the quiet pool area and sunset views.

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

One of our favourite Air B&Bs for several reasons. First - Pamela was just great. We arrived late at night and she stayed up to ensure we had a smooth check in. She also ensured we had everything we needed given our late arrival. Location was amazing. Right at the heart of Kihei. Super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry + dryer was amazing to have! Will definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

Great Airbnb listing- we were returning to Maui for the first time after moving to the mainland a few years ago. Being there again reminded us of how much we loved it and what a magical place it is- wonderful people, beautiful land, and we went in February so it was whale soup out there. The AC unit cooled things down very well (never a guarantee on the islands) and we didn't spot a nasty bug or pest in the unit the entire time.. fourth floor for the win! Unparalleled views, perfect little home base for exploring the island. We would definitely return to this unit. P.S. Enjoy the beauty, but please remember to tip well and show aloha to Mauians who have been through a lot of hardship over the past few years.

The condo was exactly as advertised with a beautiful view of the ocean, great amenities, and a very responsive host. Despite a major rare storm that caused some road closures in the area, we had a wonderful time at this space and I would highly recommend it to any visitor to Maui!

Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.
