Θανάσης and his family are the most wonderful hosts. They all treated us like family while we stayed in their beautiful place. The apt is within walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and is in the middle of Greece, making it really easy to travel to all the historical sites. Highly recommend this place for all nature/beach/history lovers. You would not be disappointed. 5 star rating. Thank you Θανάσης and family for all the amazing memories!

Το σπίτι: πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο με τις λεπτομέρειες να κάνουν τη διαφορά και η καθαριότητα άψογη. Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχές ( όπως ντουζ και ξαπλωστρες). Διατίθεται χώρος για ψήσιμο (αγορασαμε μόνο τα κρέατα διότι το brbq ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμενο με σχαρες , καρβουνα , προσαναματα κτλπ καθως υήρχε και μεγαλο τραπέζι για φαγητό στον κηπο). Η τοποθεσία: πολύ κοντά στην παραλία με ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking ( σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για φαγητό, beach bar, καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ ) Η φιλοξενία: δεν εχούμε λόγια... Ο Δημήτρης μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε φιλοξενουμενοι σε σπίτι φίλου! Ευχαριστούμε και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!!

Appartement situé au dessus du logement des hôtes. Hôtes très sympathiques. Emplacement très calme. Facilité de stationnement. Proche de la ville thermale 3kms.

Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο σπιτι και αρκετά εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Επίσης η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην Αράχωβα.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Ο βασιλης άψογος και άμεση επικοινωνία. Η θάλασσα είναι 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Δεν έχει πολύ κόσμο κ είναι καθαρή. Το σπίτι είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Θα το ξανά επισκεφτουμε

We loved this place. Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Bikes that we could borrow to easily get around. Walking distance to the village with lots of good restaurants, and a lot of beaches nearby to explore. You also could take a swim just down the hill from the house. Christos and his son were so nice and let us check in earlier. Definitely would stay here again.

Πολύ ωραίο το κατάλυμα για εμένα δεν είναι για πέντε ενήλικες είναι καλό για μία οικογένεια τετραμελή ή αλλιώς για δύο ενήλικες ! Ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πάρα πολύ καλός!

Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. To all my questions, I was almost immediately answered, re-evaluate - truthfully. The journey from Athens to the place The place is very friendly, the people are nice and kominkativní. Sea is 50 steps from the sea (exactly) beach as you provide our family used is about 30 steps dále.Moře is very, very clean and pleasant. In early July mněla perfect temperature. Regarding the house for our family (two adults and three children) - perfect. In the lower part we slept, the upper part used as a living area, a kitchen and a large terrace comfortable. The house was all that was needed, if necessary, washing machine (which is always useful with children ...) The place is very quiet, full of olive trees. There is no trade, it is necessary to commute 10 km away Achillio (from the owner we could use the car for a small fee on gasoline). Here you can buy almost everything. Most have praised the meat from the local butcher. Not far away, were also purchased from fishermen freshly caught fish. The place is pleasant summer bar, but we did not use too much - on the beaches were nicer kids :)). The Space I recommend to visit !!!

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future

I had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality was exceptional. Everything was well-prepared, and the host was attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Arachova and would gladly stay again!

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Nous avons passé 2 nuits pendant les vacances de pâque dans cette maison authentique un peu éloignée de tout. Le déco est vraiment très beau. Le jour de notre arrivée est un peu froide et on a tout de suite allumé le cheminée électrique et on a aussi fait un feu. La maison s'est rechaufée assez rapidement. Puis on trouve pratiquement tout dans la cuisine, aussi de l'huile, sel, les choses eccentielles pour la cuisine. Il y a aussi une lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver avec des produits de lavage disponibles. Les lits sont confortables et l'environnement est vraiment très calme et on n'attend que des oiseaux. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La seule chose qu'on trouve un peu dommage est qu'elle est quand même assez loin du village d'Arachova et des site de Delphi. Il faut compter 50 minutes en voiture sur des routes qui tournent assez. Notre fils a eu un peu mal de voiture en arrivant. Mais cest parfait pour ceux qui veulent se détendre un peu dans la tranquillité.

Πολυ βολικό και όμορφο σπιτι. Ο,τι έπρεπε για το σαββατοκύριακο με την παρέα. Ο Σταύρος πολύ φιλικός και άμεσος για οποιαδήποτε επικοινωνία. Το συστήνουμε!!

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με ωραία θέα στη θαλασσα. Ο κος Νίκος είναι πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικος. Καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα.

Η διαμονή μας στην Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική!!! Μας καλωσόρισε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο και ήταν εξυπηρετική καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της επικοινωνίας μας!!! Το σπίτι συνδυάζει τη θέα στο βουνό και στη θάλασσα. Ωραίο σημείο εύκολα προσβάσιμο . Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂

Πολύ όμορφη περιοχή με ησυχία, σίγουρο πάρκινγκ, καθαρή θάλασσα και μια πολύ ωραία ταβέρνα ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι.

The living space is very big and may be very comfortable for families with children. Kitchen is also big. Communication with the owner is very good. Something to consider, window in the second bedroom goes out to a staircase (and the walls there are a bit weird) - some people may feel strange there.

Very nice apartment in a nice setting just by the sea. Quiet location just outside Kamena Vourla. Rita the host was extremely helpful with all our queries and very quick to respond and resolve a couple of issues we had at check in. Would definitely recommend.
