Superb location and very easy to reach from Itō station. Right next to the beach and fabulous ocean view. Very tasty restaurants within 5-10min walk. Rooms are very clean and cozy.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sun in the morning and waking up with the birds was wonderful. Stars and moon at night were exquisite. Definitely recommend and will stay again the next time I want to surf Shimoda. 🙏🏽

観光で混み合うシーズンに格安で、且つ犬連れで泊まれるのはありがたかったでく！ 古い建物であることや、トイレの狭さ、お風呂やシャワーがないことは事前に了解の上での利用でしたし、その一方で内装はキレイでお掃除も行き届いており、アメニティも充実していたのでとても過ごしやすかったです。 ありがとうございました！

Jolie petite appartement très mignon. Bel environnement et calme. On a passé très bon moment chez Nami-san. Logement est impeccable. J’y hâte de retourner pour la prochaine voyage au Japon.

Thank you Toshi and Reiko! My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time in your apartment by the sea. We loved the space, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! If you like surfing this is a great spot, right in front of Usami beach, and you can rent surf boards and gear at a nearby shop. We adored Usami, with easy access to Ito and Atami, and all attractions in the area (Jogasaki Coast, Mt Omuro, Mt Fuji and more!). We especially loved the local restaurants and, our favorite was the bento shop by the train station, the best!!! We would love to come back some day :)

I loved my time at this accommodation. Ben was super nice and also gave me great recommendations on places to hike, travel, and eat. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance to!

J'ai adoré ! Il ne s'agit pas d'un airbnb basique, sans âme. Ici, on sent le soin apporté à chaque petit détail pour accueillir les voyageurs. Tout était charmant. L'appartement est bien plus grand que ce qu'on peut voir sur les photos ! Calme, à deux pas de la gare, très propre. La communication avec Kazuhiko a été très facile.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect spot to relax. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which was super convenient. Parking is available right next to the house, which made things even easier. One thing to note: if you’re taller than 1.80m (5’11”), be mindful of the low door frames—it’s more suited for shorter individuals. However, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience. The balcony and the sea view truly made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

大自然の中、お庭のお花を眺めながら掛け流しの温泉やテラスでの食事をたっぷり堪能しました。開放感と同時にプライベート感があって、温泉も素晴らしい景色も独り占めできて特別な休暇になりました。お家の中に丁寧なご案内があるので、設備の使い方に迷うこともなく、しつらえや清潔な寝具等、各所にホストのおもてなしを感じました。 また利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました！

Spacious, clean and warm home. The place and amenities provided great comfort during our visit, especially after long walk every day. More recommendable for self-driving visitors.

This was a lovely AirBnB within 5 minutes walking of the lighthouse and Jogasaki Coast walk. The room was clean and spacious and the bath/onsen was a wonderful way to end the day. Check-in was easy and there was a good private parking spot on premises. If you plan it correctly, you can do a loop of the Jogasaki Coast walk, starting at the farthest suspension bridge and working your way back to the lighthouse and then back home. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

整体感受：民宿非常干净，房间很舒适，房东还提供了水、点心、《旅行手册》……推开窗就是海，景色很棒，入住期间家人都很满意。 交通：步行5分钟有一个公交车，距离火车站有些距离，拎着箱子会有些辛苦。 便利：步行不到10分钟有一家小超市，（周日休息），满足日常所需。 非常推荐！

とても広いお家で「トトロのおうちみたい！」と子供達も大喜びで遊んでました！ ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです(^^)

Det var et skønt sted væk fra storby. Vil man gerne til en hyggelig by er Shimoda en 30 min væk i bus. Vær dog opmærksom på at den ikke køre så tit. Det er en fed strand til bodyboard. Der er to ved huset som vi lånte. Du skal ikke være bange for naturen. Den kommer tæt på. Man vender sig til det. Kenichi er en perfekt vært der hjælper hvis der er brug for det. Jeg kan klart anbefale at leje denne hyggelige bolig.
