we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The second floor is large and cozy with plenty of room and we used the grill on the covered balcony. It’s a nice neighborhood just up the road from Kisami beach. Thank you!

Our new favorite spot in Sotoura Bay! The house was spacious and perfectly clean, with all the right amenities. Kitchen tools and utensils were plentiful and clean. It was just the three of us, but I could tell the facilities can handle meals for much larger families/groups. The new aircon units were nice given how hot it's been. You could also tell a lot of work went into renovating the building, making it airy and bright but preserving the original feel. I was particularly impressed by the nice bathroom, which was obviously updated with the latest heating system but maintained old tiles -- rather than converting it to the plastic-y "unit baths" seen everywhere else. The hosts were super helpful and kind. They even sent us a toy we'd left behind... We'll be back!

We had a great stay. Hosts were very helpful with recommendations and getting us cabs into town. The beach was perfect for our 3 kids and a very close walk from the house. They had lots of boogie boards and surf boards available to rent. The Kitchen was well equipped and we loved they had multiple refrigerators since the space used to be a restaurant. The bedrooms were very good size for multiple people. Air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and living room. We loved the huge deck for relaxing! Laundry was a bit difficult as there is no dryer. Places to hang dry your clothes were available. One down side to the house is there is no bathroom upstairs, and all the bedrooms were up stairs. I would Deffinetly recommend this great beach house! Thanks guys for a great time.

We were pleasantly surprised with how big and clean the place is, there is a family mart and seaside very near by. Shimoda town is also nearby. It was easy to find. All amenities are complete and clean. Will definitely come back

One of the best airbnb I stayed. House is really lovely. Clean, neat and tidy. Kitchen items and bedding was perfect. There is air condition (cool/hot) in every room and its really convenient. There is cute breakfast room in 1st floor and 2nd floor is awsome. We enjoyed our stay. We never met the owner because its self check in and self checkout but he seems to be really kind and genuine person. He replied our messages very quickly. And flexible. This Place is really worth what you paid. Feels like home. Highly recommended. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
