Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

Tadao San cares for his community and had lots of literature and pamphlets on the local events and businesses. The restaurant that was recommended was a minute walk away and had great breakfast with views. Overall great experience that I would recommend to friends.

The apartment is comfy, light and has it all, all that is needed. It is a discrete location in a wonderful special part of Tokyo. Akari was very responsive and supportive.

Miko’s place was just lovely. Soooooo conveniently located to the train station and food/snacking shops. We were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It was our second time at Masakatsu‘s apartment and we really love it! The beds are really comfy and the room is very clean, and spacious and has everything you might need. The onsen was great, too! As he says, it’s no problem being heavily tattooed and the water was really relaxing! We‘re definitely coming back!

Mie-San's place was great. The location was amazing with access to the entire city by train at the very least. It was also clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. The train stop was a 7 minute walk away with the main line being only 1 stop away. Quiet and bigger than average for Tokyo. Mie-San is a great host.

The house was comfortable and well heated! It was close by to a lot of amenities and honestly we would definitely stay again!

Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

Friendly host, quiet but still convenient location. I like staying in a traditional Japanese home, which is peaceful and special to me.

房東十分之幫忙，我們帶兩隻小狗入住，一直未能跟成田檢疫處聯繫，房東會幫忙致電預約出境手續，有一天半夜花灑頭損壞了，房東馬上在15分鐘內趕到，給我一個花灑頭更換，感激遇到好房東，謝謝照顧了我們九天，期待下一次見面

御用邸の真横、海まで30秒という贅沢な立地の中で、潮風を感じながらとてもリラックスした旅が出来ました。愛犬もとっても嬉しそうにお散歩を楽しめました。歴史と伝統を感じるとっても広い家作りと、檜の香るジャグジー付きのお風呂で、最高にリフレッシュ！また、清潔に維持管理されていて、生活や料理の備品も揃っていますし、スーパーや駐車場も近く、快適に過ごせました。葉山・一色海岸を満喫したい方々にはとてもおすすめです！！

Very enjoyable stay and good location within walking distance from Shibuya and other stations. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is a flight of steps to go down to access the property so you have to get your luggage back up on checkout which may be an issue for some. Otherwise very compact, clean and comfortable.

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

初めての古民家泊でしたが、期待以上のお宿でした！ホストの方の説明は丁寧でとても親しみやすく、安心して利用できます。 とても清潔で、家具や家電はお洒落で洗練されており、アメニティも大変良いものでした。 薪サウナは一筋縄ではいかない感じが逆に楽しめ、温度も高く、冬なのに頭まで水風呂に浸かる事が出来ました。 サウナから出て椅子で夜空を眺めていたら、お庭にキョンが遊びに来たのも感動！ 是非是非リピートさせていただきたいお宿です。 お値段以上の満足度でした、ありがとうございました！！

家は清潔で大変広く3日間大変楽しませて頂きました。ダイニング、居間は床暖房もあり、冬は寒い印象の古民家も暖房をつければ快適に過ごせました。個人的には離れのサウナ、Apple TV付きのジムは最高でした。結果的にそこで1番時間を過ごしたかもです　笑　また時期をズラして遊びに行きたいと思います。

とても快適に過ごせました！ プールやバーベキューも楽しめましたし、近くに海があるのも良かったです！

友人10名と利用させていただきました。 サウナやプールもとても綺麗で楽しく使わせていただきました 機会があればまた利用させて頂きます

L'appartement est idéalement placé dans le quartier d'Oyamadai. Toutes les commodité sont disponible à proximité du logement et le quartier est très calme. L'accès au logement est très simple et pratique. Tout dans l'appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Merci Misono!
