Excellent motel and campground right in between Zion and Bryce canyon national parks! Perfect spot with comfy rooms and pretty views of the mesa across the street.

We had a wonderful time at Evan's place, very spacious, quiet and lovely place. Evan has a great binder with many things to do. Evan was kind to recommend places, and had great communication.

This was a perfect location for our trip to Zion! Cute property, great hosts, and beautiful views! We would stay here again!

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay with our family of 5. It's a new building in a quiet development with a lot of new construction. Nice location, not too far from Zion, and on the way to Bryce Canyon and points east. One small quirk is that, although there is a wall between the main room and the bathroom, the whole space shares a single ceiling, so light and sound will travel from the bathroom to the rest of the space. It was fine for our family, but good to be aware of it.

Dennis home was just as pictured. Perfect place to stay and easy to find. Everything you need is walking distance. He is super friendly and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend to stay here.

Needed a place to stay after our rv broke down and found this motel The pictures display very well what the room looks like, it’s quite accurate. Felt even a little bigger in person Shower was a bit small- my grandmother struggled with it. Water was nice and hot though Very close to many locations. For the price- it’s a win

Great place in Kanab! Micah is very responsive and helped make sure we got Amazon packages when we forgot some critical camera parts. If you stay here, go to Peekaboo Kitchen - that place is awesome!

Dave’s place was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked and fully supplied. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. We would have enjoyed staying longer; there were many activities available. The area around Red Rock Hacienda was beautiful. We enjoyed the town of Kanab and the scenic drives to and from the parks we visited. We came to Dave’s place after visiting the Grand Canyon, but we were still awed by the beauty in Southern Utah. Our three night stay allowed us to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, plus the Valley of Fire state park (NV) on our way back to the airport. Dave was an attentive and helpful host when we needed something. We appreciated his advice about the surrounding area, where he has much experience. We highly recommend Red Rock Hacienda.

Host was very responsive and accommodating to our special requests. The 1 bedroom house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Rooms were spacious, well laid out, and comfortable for the two of us. When we return for another visit to Bryce Canyon and Zion Natl Parks, we'd look forward to staying here again.

Excellent home to stay in near major National Parks. Kanab is super cute and fun as well. Highly recommended if you are traveling to SW Utah for parks. Beds were super comfortable too! Our whole family loved the location!

Red Dirt Life was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! From the absolutely beautiful surroundings to the beautiful interior, we could not have found a better place to stay for our family of four. Stana’s place may be the most well stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! She’s really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds are super cozy with lovely blankets, the kitchen is complete with every pan and utensil you could ask for, and there is plenty of soap, bandaids, and even great books and games! The location is perfect for visiting all that kanab and the surrounding area has to offer, and I could not recommend Red Dirt Life highly enough if you’re seeking a fantastic Utah/Zion getaway!

One of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever seen! All the amenities were amazing. Perfect location to explore Kanab and surrounding national parks. All beds are high quality memory foam and lots and soft blankets makes you feel right at home.

A very comfortable home with just enough supplies, such as paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, shampoo, cream rinse and toilet tissue. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone. The TV was easy to figure out. The hot tub was hot and wonderful. Loved the convenience of the beach towels! Mark is a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive!

Felt right at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Fireplace was great. Loved the theme! There is some road noise in the front bedrooms when the semis come by in the middle of the night, but the owner has listed this in the description. The only con that I feel the need to point out publicly to future guests and the owner is the questionable bedding that needs updating. The master bedrooms has a duvet with removable cover that I assume everyone washes. This seems to be the standard bedding for quite some time now across other Airbnbs and hotels. The other three bedrooms had sheets and a very thin coverlet on top, with specific check out instructions not to wash the coverlet! It reminded us of the old hotel bedding from the 80s when we didn’t know any better. We found two duvets in the closets for the other three bedrooms and that was it. We let the kids have those and my husband and I tried to keep warm under the thin unwashed coverlet and top sheet. Please update bedding/love the property.

Home was clean and comfortable. Camille was communicative, friendly and helpful. Backyard was larger than anticipated. While the property is pet friendly, there was no sign of previous pets being in the home. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for myself, my 2 adult daughters and one son in law and 6 and 9 year old grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us. Great location to visit Bryce and Zion National Parks. Also nice hiking within a 10 minute drive. Family loved the Belly of the Dragon Trail. Host had advised groceries were limited. There was one small Grocery store nearby with limited fresh produce, but enough to get by. We did not eat out, but did pick up delicious pie from Thunderbird Restaurant right down the street. Grandkids loved the Arcade room at the place and being able to run around in circles! Great communication with Host. We got in late, I let them know and they turned on outside and some inside lights for us!! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The condo has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has all you will need and more, the family room is cozy. The location is excellent! It’s the perfect place to see and do everything from! Plus, the community is quiet and peaceful. There are scenic mesa views and wildlife. After days of long hikes, the hot tub was definitely a treat to soak in under the stars in the cool evening air. But what made this place really special were all the extra considerations. They thought of everything. There was an excellent variety of board games next to a large dining room table which was a fun way to wind down and laugh with the family before bed. They also supplied extra things you might need or like, such as hiking poles, backpacks, white noise machines, a doggo bed and other pupplies, extra charging station spaces, plentiful linens, even a crib and high chair in one of the closets. Fantastic stay! ❤️

Affordable, nice place to stay while exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and there were spices and other pantry items available. It was great that dogs were allowed as well.

The condo was beautiful and so clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I slept so well in the master bedroom and I am usually uncomfortable in hotel or Airbnb beds. Everything that we needed was provided including coffee pods and spices as well as extra thoughtful things like super glue in the drawer which came in handy when my son broke his souvenir. If we are ever in Kanab again we will definitely be staying here. It was perfect.

Great vacation home. We stayed 4 nights as a group of 2 couples. Easy check-in / checkout. Despite other comments, the kitchen has all basic things you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked every evening without any issues. Be aware that no shower gel / shampoo is provided as described by the host.

Our plan was to hike throughout SW Utah and Kanab was a lovely place to base out of. The unit was great for us and Kanab is a lovely town, lovely people and great restaurants. Mike was super responsive to my questions and in dealing with a small issue.
