everything I needed was supplied, the internet speed was good and reliable, so was the air-conditioning. The kitchen has two very solid gas burners to cook a real meal. The place itself is new and everything was well maintained. I would happily stay there again in the future

Beautiful authentic Cambodian farm/ country stay Two bicycles free of charge, room service and anything you asked for Pics don’t do it justice. perfect for a couple days break from Phnom Penh, and to visit oudong mountain/ temple (be careful of the monkeys they will snatch everything 😂) Me and my partner enjoyed very much 🙂 Thank you! 🙏

This remains my home away from home whenever I am in PP. Have everything needed to cook and plenty of places to eat close by! The owner is responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

Ruwan was a great host and the place was nice. There was an issue with the water supply but Ruwan was very pro-active and I barely noticed a thing. Would definitely recommend.

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay in Phnom Penh, it was perfect. First, the location is great, about 10 mins walk from the central market, 25 from the riverside, and everything else is a quick and easy tuk tuk ride away. Despite this, you are away from the tourist areas so it feels more normal and the atmosphere is great. The apartment is in an older building, so the entrance is dark and a little dingy with some insects - do not be put off! Once you're inside, on the top floor, you're in a nicely decorated and designed apartment, with lots of lovely little touches to make it feel homely. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some home cooked food, the bedroom is cozy, very comfortable, the living room is huge with plenty of space to chill out, the best bit is the balcony where relaxing and seeing the sunset is an amazing way to spend the evening. Be warned, it is noisy from about 6:30am so don't expect a lazy long sleep in the morning! Didn't bother us though!

Nice loft apartment in a quieter area of Phnom Penh. You don't hear the street noise from the 16th floor apartment, and there is a nice city view and cool breeze that comes in at this height. There are some decent markets a short walk away, and whatever else we wanted to do was a fairly cheap tuk tuk ride away. The roof top pool was nice, but the gym equipment is honestly quite poor. This was not a big deal as there is a very nice professional gym just down the street that only charges 6000 Riel for a day pass. The electricity for the apartment was cheap, only 21000 real for the week we were there, but the deposit system is not so convenient, maybe consider using the airbnb deposit system instead of having to leave cash then arrange to get money back on departure. Over all really great stay, we will return next time we are in the city.

This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

Munyrith is an amazing host, he is so pro active, sometimes he was up at 4 Am to respond for any query I had. The apartment is much better than the photos, all amenities and huge television ❤️. We had the best time

Notre séjour chez Moody a été des plus agréables. Hôte chaleureux, accueillant et d’une grande serviabilité, il nous a reçus dans les meilleures conditions, toujours attentif à nos besoins. Le logement est idéalement situé et conforme à la description. La vue depuis la chambre était superbe, rendant l’expérience encore plus plaisante. De plus, un mini-market se trouve juste en bas, et de nombreux cafés et restaurants sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à quiconque souhaite séjourner à Phnom Penh. Encore merci pour cette belle parenthèse !

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Quality-price ratio one of the best in Phnom Penh. Big pool area that was really quiet mornings and afternoons. Owner was friendly and answers in minutes

The cocoon was centrally located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a concierge on-site should you have any questions. There is an in-unit washing machine. Right across the street is the mall with a great food hall and a massive grocery store should you need to buy supplies. The Celeste rotating bar is worth the visit, especially in the evening.
