Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Amazing stay! This place has everything you need for both short and long visits. The location is extremely safe and convenient with shops within walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire property, especially the game room and TV room which were perfect for entertainment. Moiz, the host, was very kind and quick to respond to any needs we had. Thank you for everything! We would definitely stay here again

This home is a gem! We stayed here with friends to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. We used the pool and spa a lot. We’re all board and video game nerds so the arcade was a real treat. Was about an hour to/from Chicago so we took a party van for a night out in the city. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to our messages. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back!

My family and I had a great time. The home exceeded our expectations and we all had tons of things to do. We attended local Groundhog's Day festivities and just enjoyed our time together in a wonderful home away from home. We definately recommend!

House was lovely. I enjoyed the homes decor. Every day I woke up with something else I loved. The house had everything we needed. Only thing I wished the pool heater was working and the pillows were flat. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is close to everything. The place is clean and very organized. Lily and Nathan has been wonderful and very responsive and communicated well with us. I definitely recommend this place when you visit Schaumburg. Thank you guys for everything.

The pictures are very accurate, with 3 bedrooms the house is roomy. Private fenced yard, perfect for evenings relaxing. Easy check-in and very responsive hosts. Good neighborhood location, good water pressure, and comfy bed.

This was such a fun trip for our family, grandparents, and dogs. We actually never had to leave the property because we ordered groceries and cooked every meal here, allowing us to really relax and unwind. And there was so much fun to be had just wandering around the house! We loved being able to swim outdoors even in Chicagoland spring, and watching movies with plenty of great seating and true theater-quality projector and sound experience Really a great escape from our normal lives to have a little bit of a luxury lifestyle for the weekend.

Kathleen was an incredible host and the home was exactly what we were looking for. Her kind demeanor also made this trip an ease as we were traveling with our doggie. We will absolutely be staying here again as we come to Geneva often.

My life long friends and I loved having our annual reunion getaway together at Kellie's home. We loved exploring Geneva, trying cute spots for drinks and dinner, shopping and then hanging out in the living room as a group. We are recommending it to friends and family and would definitely return to Geneva and would love to stay here again!

Wow. Great location. Nikki's description was as stated or better. We loved being so close the river trails and charming Geneva. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the high ceilings in the dining room and living room. The record player was an unexpected treat. Lots of great albums. Super art work and décor. Kitchen had granite counter, amply cooking utensils, and a good array of spices. We were there in January, but the three season porch and fenced in yard were great. I would love to go again if we are back in the area. Lots of street parking on a quiet cul de sac.

I enjoyed our time at The Sweet Cottage. The name fits the property well. Very comfortable. The decor is so inviting. The feeling of home abounds.

Bob & Beth were absolutely wonderful hosts! The place looked even better in person than the pictures published. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and stores. They were super responsive to our needs and barely had to ask them for much because the place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and clear instructions to go along with it. An incredible stay and 100% would stay again!

What an amazing house!! I’ve stayed in Air B&B’s a lot, but nothing like this. The house was beyond gorgeous and Hank went above being a host by supplying coffee, tea,water and snacks. Even s’more’s supplies! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortably, and Hank was there in a second to answer and questions if one popped up. I can’t wait to rent this house again. What a fabulous place and host

The home was really great! We really enjoyed our stay the pool table and ping pong was a very nice touch. I recommend this place to anyone!

In the heart of historic St. Charles, close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment. All within walking distance of the house. The house had everything we needed, super comfy beds. Looks exactly like the photos and was described perfectly in the listing. Fenced in yard for our pupper. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The location was close to our family and friends. Will definitely be back.

Nice house, good location in relationship to downtown St. Charles. The driveway took a second to find because it is on a side street. However, having the driveway on the side street was better for getting in and out easily, less concern about on-coming traffic. Instructions were clear for check in and check out. Would rent again if in the area.

It was great! It was well thought out and comfortable. The entry lock system made it easy to come and go, there were all the right appliances and even a few kitchen supplies. We had our Labrador with us and the fenced yard made it worth it for our 11 night stay. Being close to the cute downtown and the Randall Road shops and restaurants was very convenient.

Had a great pleasant stay. Was very clean & nice looking & enjoyed my time there. Would come again!

Sofia is a great hostess. She was responsive to our needs and was very responsive to any queries we had. Home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We mostly stayed there instead of going out because kitchen was very large and comfy.
