This is our second stay at Hank’s place. It feels like home. Hank is responsive, attentive, proactive and a great host. We will definitely be back.

Older home, creaks and squeaks, but was very pleasant. Remember heat rises, upstairs will be toasty and downstairs will be cooler. Pleasant responses. No issues on our stay. Everything said is more of expectation setting because I would hate to see this place get anything but 5 stars. One of our longest stays anywhere and we felt comfortable.

I had good communication with Lori a lot of time she was able to answer my questions and get back to me quickly. I feel safe and convenient location for my stay there with my pets.

We had a family gathering there so we could just hang out together. Perfect place for that! It was comfortable for everyone, ages 8 months to 93 years old! Thanks for your help with everything, Mark!

Kathleen was very responsive and supportive throughout the booking process. Unfortunately I had to change my reservation twice and Kathleen was very helpful and understanding. When we got there, the place was as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend there.

Marianne’s place was peaceful perfection. We were looking for an escape from the busy city, and this guest house on the farm was better than our imagination. The location was gorgeous with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, sweet farm animals to pet and woodland creatures to view from the windows. The house itself is very roomy and cozy with a lot of great space to read, hang out, watch TV or have a meal. The kitchen was very well stocked with great appliances, cooking pots/pans/utensils and dishes. AND the farm fresh eggs were delicious and plentiful! The hosts were also warm, friendly and gracious. We want to come back on a future visit!!!

Wow. Great location. Nikki's description was as stated or better. We loved being so close the river trails and charming Geneva. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the high ceilings in the dining room and living room. The record player was an unexpected treat. Lots of great albums. Super art work and décor. Kitchen had granite counter, amply cooking utensils, and a good array of spices. We were there in January, but the three season porch and fenced in yard were great. I would love to go again if we are back in the area. Lots of street parking on a quiet cul de sac.

Beautiful place to camp with the kids. I loved how friendly the staff and other campers were. It was so nice to be able to see the park, jump pad and activities from the porch of our cabin. An amazing way to camp with kids and have peace and tranquility close to home.

Great house with all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation. Enough room for 10 people to enjoy comfortably. Definitely would recommend!

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

The owner was a great host, left us directions about easy check in & all details of the house. Very beautiful home & comfortable stay I would highly recommend & stay again.

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

Booked Jack’s place with some friends to celebrate my birthday. Jack was very responsive, the place was spotless & everyone had such a great time! Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Stephen was a welcoming host and the cabin was exactly as described. The location is secluded and quiet, but you’re also close to groceries, restaurants and fun antique stores. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals, and the fireplace is cozy and perfect for relaxing. Even with snow on the ground we enjoyed strolling around the property down to the lake. A wonderful stay, we’d love to visit again.

The pictures are very accurate, with 3 bedrooms the house is roomy. Private fenced yard, perfect for evenings relaxing. Easy check-in and very responsive hosts. Good neighborhood location, good water pressure, and comfy bed.

Very nice place very comfortable host is amazing. Definitely recommend this place. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable.! I love how you have water and other snacks left for you when you come in there is a TV in every room! A++

This place would not be for everyone so make sure you read the full description before booking. With that being said we read the entire description and this place was absolutely perfect for our stay!!!! By far the best priced and most room anywhere around this location. We had an amazing stay with our kids and dogs. Beds were very comfortable in every room. Kitchen has necessities to cook every meal. We felt right at home. Bob and Candace were very welcoming and quick responding to all of our needs and questions.

The location was great with good restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and playground nearby. The condo was comfortable and clean. We would stay again!
