What an amazing house. The location was perfect, close to town yet very private. We hiked the Wave so it was an ideal spot. From the beautiful backdrop to the fabulous pool and hot tub, this house was better than I ever expected. David's team was terrific - always available and very responsive. They addressed any questions or small issues we had immediately. Looking forward to going back next year.

The home was clean, modern and spacious. So great to have a spot for spaces for adults and kids to hang out. View of the cliffs and sunset were unbelievable! All questions were promptly addressed and we were even able to get check out pushed back for a morning hike!

What a wonderful stay. Location, quality, proce, and host were all amazing. We used this as our home base for Zion, Bryce, and other cool stuff in Kanab. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was nice, the bedding, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, it just felt so nice and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home from our days out and sitting outside while we made dinner. The dogs loved the dog park right behind us too. The surrounding mountains were beautiful, and the town had everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Wow, what an unforgettable stay! This property was absolutely perfect for our two families with kids. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the red cliffs and the incredible home that awaited us. It’s spacious, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. The living area is perfect for gathering, with its high ceilings, cozy sectional, and a huge TV for family movie nights. The kids absolutely loved the game room, especially the air hockey table, and having direct access to the pool area/hot tub was a huge bonus. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and the king beds made it feel like a luxury getaway. The kids were thrilled with their own space too, and the queen beds in the third bedroom made it easy to fit everyone comfortably. Speaking of comfort, the kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain. The dining table had plenty of space for us all to sit together and enjoy meals. And let’s not forget the outdoor area

This house has everything you could want or need for the perfect vacation. Comfortable beds, bidets, outdoor shower, traeger grill with pellets, 2 pickleball courts with paddles and balls and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The host opened the pool for us even though the listing said it wasn’t open until May. It was not heated but the kids didn’t care and they loved swimming and then getting in the hot tub. Tons of outdoor seating. It was super private and in the perfect quiet neighborhood. We have reservations at another location for the next few days and then we plan to come back! Book this house, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at Cactus Flats. Great jumping off point for both Zion and Bryce Canyon, as well as enjoying local area. Fantastic house, super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Natura was a great host, very responsive and great local recommendations. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and Callie was a great host! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was perfect for a larger group. Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable! I would definitely stay here again next time we come to Kanab.

Jacob and Stacy’s Airbnb was exactly what our group needed in terms of room and comfortable beds. We had plenty of space for our group and we enjoyed the ample room in the dining room and kitchen. Our group usually spends the whole day out hiking, but we like clean spaces to get ready in and rest at night. The place looked exactly like the pictures and the extra rooms and saloon style theme on the first floor was interesting and unique.

Hot tub, barbecue, shopping… Devin’s place was great and Kanab was great!

Cindy was very good at communicating with us. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient for driving to Zion and Bryce, which is what we were there to do.

The place was so great. Had everything we needed and there were great restaurants near by!! We chose Kanab for the great location to get to Zion and Bryce Canyon and we chose the home for the private hot tub and were so happy with every single thing!!

Eric’s place was great for our family of 8, the home was very clean & spacious & the beds were comfortable. The access to the garage was great for our two cars. The views were the best part of our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay & 100% recommend ♥️

The house is awesome. We loved the layout of the house and the location. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great, and the location is close to a park which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

This location is exactly as described. It is perfect for a family stay when visiting the area. We didn’t come for a specific purpose but the scenery and it met our expectations. Very kind and responsive host. Thank you so much.

Nicks place was fantastic. We loved the house so much and the extra thought in the amenities was greatly appreciated. We felt very much at ease and at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable! We (and our dog) loved the backyard. Also, house is walking distance to the main street and we enjoyed walking around in the afternoon/evening. Great location for all of the outdoor activities we had been looking forward to in southern UT and northern AZ. Recommend Jakey Leigh’s (coffee/bagel/scone) and Rocking V. Wish we could have tried Houston Trails End but they were closed for the season. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home, perfect family gatherings... ZION perfect!

We used it as a Centerpoint between parks we were going to. It was very handy for our big family to get together. When we needed his help, he answered the phone right away, which is very appreciative. We had four families there and we all really enjoyed it and like it.

Overall, extremely pleased (5 Stars) with this spacious home. Our 10-person group had plenty of space to relax in one of the 4 bedrooms, come together in the common spaces. 4 bathrooms and that larger water heater allowed for back to back showers after a long day of trail rides. We raved about this each day. Large open kitchen allowed us to all eat together and reminisce on how our day was and play games. Plenty of parking in the driveway for our trucks, trailers, and SxS's. The games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, and tablet top tablet game table) were the greatest source of entertainment for our group after our day time sightseeing adventures. We enjoyed the hammocks and backyard area too. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive when we reached out, and provided several recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time. We'll be reaching out to them for future stays in the Kanab area. Highly recommend this home to folks in the Kanab area.
