What an amazing house. The location was perfect, close to town yet very private. We hiked the Wave so it was an ideal spot. From the beautiful backdrop to the fabulous pool and hot tub, this house was better than I ever expected. David's team was terrific - always available and very responsive. They addressed any questions or small issues we had immediately. Looking forward to going back next year.

What a wonderful stay. Location, quality, proce, and host were all amazing. We used this as our home base for Zion, Bryce, and other cool stuff in Kanab. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was nice, the bedding, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, it just felt so nice and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home from our days out and sitting outside while we made dinner. The dogs loved the dog park right behind us too. The surrounding mountains were beautiful, and the town had everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place. The home is in a beautiful location surrounded by red cliffs. It was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The check in and check out processes were simple and Tim was very responsive.

Logan was an incredibly helpful host. He was responsive, flexible, and attentive. He had great recommendations on local amenities, and kept us up to speed on current road closures. We had a mishap with a drawer that got damaged during our stay, and he was very understanding when I brought it to his attention. Will return if the opportunity presents itself.

LOVED our experience at this beautiful home! Very easy to find in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful red rock background. Andrew gave us lots of local suggestions and was so responsive that we felt well prepared for our stay. Comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen made for a perfect place to come back to, cook dinner and get a great nights rest before going out to adventure again the next day. Beautiful decor in a very modern updated home. Loved sitting by the fire at night star gazing. Would highly highly recommend this home and hope to be able to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! There is so much to do around Kanab, great spot to make home base. And the views from the house are incredible! Our kids (3 and 5) enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse and the board games.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and Callie was a great host! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was perfect for a larger group. Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable! I would definitely stay here again next time we come to Kanab.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The condo has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has all you will need and more, the family room is cozy. The location is excellent! It’s the perfect place to see and do everything from! Plus, the community is quiet and peaceful. There are scenic mesa views and wildlife. After days of long hikes, the hot tub was definitely a treat to soak in under the stars in the cool evening air. But what made this place really special were all the extra considerations. They thought of everything. There was an excellent variety of board games next to a large dining room table which was a fun way to wind down and laugh with the family before bed. They also supplied extra things you might need or like, such as hiking poles, backpacks, white noise machines, a doggo bed and other pupplies, extra charging station spaces, plentiful linens, even a crib and high chair in one of the closets. Fantastic stay! ❤️

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

This townhouse/condo is by far the cleanest lodging I have ever booked on Airbnb. Great communication at all stages and easily understood instructions. location is perfect for exploring the beautiful sites in Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. The price was a little more than a room at a 4 star hotel/resort and we had 10x the space and 2 bathrooms, which is ideal for our Mom Dad and 2 teen family. there is seasonal pool and year-round hot tub. We cooked 4 or 5 meals in the kitchen and did a couple loads of laundry. There is assigned covered parking for 1 vehicle right in front of the unit. Kanab was nice place for Basecamp with all necessary services close... UTV rental (which we ultimately canceled due to unreasonable cold weather) 2 grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. 5 star hosts and 5 star property. Thanks Mike & Mai!

Flawless booking, easy to find, comfortable and smooth.

Great vacation home. We stayed 4 nights as a group of 2 couples. Easy check-in / checkout. Despite other comments, the kitchen has all basic things you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked every evening without any issues. Be aware that no shower gel / shampoo is provided as described by the host.

Our plan was to hike throughout SW Utah and Kanab was a lovely place to base out of. The unit was great for us and Kanab is a lovely town, lovely people and great restaurants. Mike was super responsive to my questions and in dealing with a small issue.
