We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Kanab, UT! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location and breathtaking views. The townhome is nestled in a peaceful area, offering the ideal balance of quiet relaxation while still being close to local attractions. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the view from the hot tub was simply incredible! Soaking in the warm water while gazing at the stunning scenery was a memory our family will cherish. Another thing we truly appreciated was how well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped the home was. It wasn’t just the basics — we had everything we could possibly need, which made our stay even more comfortable. The attention to detail really stood out and made our experience feel extra special. An added bonus was the owners’ tour guide business. We had the pleasure of booking a tour with them, must do!!!

Julie and Jeff were wonderful hosts. They were responsive always and seemed to really want us to have a wonderful trip to this beautiful southern Utah city. They took an interest in helping us make the most of our trip. Their place was perfect for our entire family, and we would love to visit again.

A great place to stay while we visited the attractions around Kanab! We enjoyed having two bedrooms with separate private bathrooms. The hot tub was great with a beautiful view of the mountains during the day and the stars at night ! The unit was clean and easy to get to. Instructions were easy to follow. Communication with owner was excellent. The only concerns we had was that the floor cleanser smell was too strong which I communicated to the owner. I am sure they will be following up on that. We also had an issue with the hot water working for both showers at the same time so we had to make sure we took showers at different times. Overall though, our stay was enjoyable and we would certainly recommend this to anyone!

Mikelle and Jeff’s place once again has provided our family a comfortable stay while we visited the many parks in the Kanab area. The home is quiet and clean. We had restful nights. The kitchen had what we needed to prep our meals. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was super clean and well-maintained. It was spotless and thoughtfully organized, which made it feel really welcoming. You can tell the host cares about keeping things in top shape. Quick responses to any questions, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Kanab from Norine was perfect! The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We loved the big kitchen. We needed to remove the air freshener located on the top of the refrigerator as it was too strong and not needed. (tip for others) The area is beautiful and if you are there during the summer, the pool area looks super. There are nice walking trails that start right behind the apartment if you don't want to travel far. We volunteered at Best Friends so the location was ideal. Definitely recommend Norine's place!!

We loved the place and surely will return!

Our family of four was looking to do a lot of hiking and finally see the Grand Canyon. Jeff's place in Kanab was perfect. Kanab is in a great location to visit all kinds of beautiful places. Then to come back to a very clean, safe, and comfortable home, was amazing. The hot tub definitely helped us recover those sore muscles. The kitchen helped us get our days off to a great start. Also, the beds were great. When we visit Kanab again, this will be the first place we check for availability. It was a great family vacation.

Had an amazing stay, the condo has an amazing view from the balcony off the master bedroom. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea with such a beautiful view. The bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was perfectly heated for a great relaxing time at night for some stargazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely will be coming back!

We loved our stay here! We’re a family of 6 and we stayed for 2 nights. It was near for our Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP adventures. We all comfortably slept. Host is responsive and friendly. Wish they had more cooking utensils in the kitchen though as we mainly cooked our meals in the house. But otherwise, all good!

Great house in a great location! Host was super responsive to messages and checkout was easy with little to no clean up needed on our part. Definitely would stay here again!

Marcia was great in responding to questions and the place was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. It’s the closest location to most of the parks and good hiking.

New place. Easy to find and check in

Heidi’s place was great! It’s in a wonderful location for good access to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Her check-in instructions were super clear and the place was easy to find even in the dark. Would recommend staying here if you get a chance!

We had a great stay at Jay’s place. It was exactly as described, and the photos don’t quite do it justice. We had a great view from the master bedroom balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings. Kids really loved the candy and bouncy ball dispensers- that’s a fun add on! We had everything we needed to make meals and relax after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, everything was neat and clean! The only problem was they drained the pool about a foot one night. No information on what was going on at the clubhouse.

The place was incredibly clean and thoughtfully prepared even the little things I might need were taken care of. I truly felt at home and was so grateful to spend the day in such a comfortable and relaxing space.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was a great neutral location between Zion (approx 30 minutes) and Bryce (1 1/2 hrs). The unit was clean, cute, and cozy. It was so nice to soak in the hot tub after long days of hiking and be able to stretch out in our own rooms. Very handy to be able to do laundry mid- way through our trip as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
