Booked this accommodation as we were looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing with all the amenities to make our holiday stress free - and we were not disappointed. The accommodation was private and quiet, the view from the main bedroom was a fantastic way to wake up and the family area downstairs was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool and spa were a bonus that made the stay complete. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and looking to stop and recharge.

Wonderful two nights at Avondale cottage, fabulous location (short walk to some incredible bushwalking) and very comfortable house.

Beautiful property out in the blue mountains. Spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Great escape to have a weekend away outside the hustle and bustle of Sydney CBD. Would definitely come here again if looking to stay in the blue mountains. Highly recommend!

The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and quiet just like we hoped. Lisa and Ben were fantastic hosts, accommodating and friendly, they provided clear instructions and helpful information and allowed us to enjoy our time on our own and had the cottage perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend staying with Lisa and Ben.

We stayed for a week over Christmas with two other couples. As we all love cooking, we found the house very well-equipped. It is also comfortable and a good size. Every room has large windows with spacious front and back gardens so the whole place was bright and airy, as well as having great views of beautiful trees. We enjoyed the native birds in the backyard and the nice grass, and the cabana for eating outdoors. It's a short walk to Blackheath village and Govetts Leap, and all the big walks around Blackheath. We had great weather and swam in several waterholes as well as the local pool.

Angela's place is a peaceful, spacious and surrounded by greens. the garden at the back is perfect to play with kids. it is only a short drive from Katoomba shops, echo point and other amazing Blue mountains attractions. in addition there are some nice bushwalk close to the house. Angela is an excellent host, we were welcomed with snacks, wine and sweets perfect after driving from Sydney :) I highly recommend this place!

Great location near restaurants and bars and the train station. The only downside is the light sleepers may find the freight trains noisy during the night

I went with my husband and it was so beautiful and perfect. Everything was tidy and organised, it was such a romantic experience staying at the loft. Breakfast proportions were very generous, and the hosts went out of their own way to ensure our stay was perfect and assisted us when needed. It was very private and peaceful, beautiful birds came and sat on the private balcony with us which was a wonderful view. Beautiful waterfalls around that you can visit as well which is a bonus. Thank you again! 10/10

A beautiful spot on the edge of the bush with great views. The cottage has everything you need for a short stay. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as none were provided in the bathrooms. Also important to note that the cottage connects to the main house via a balcony. It wasn’t a problem for us as guests only arrived in the main house on our last night there, but if you’re after real privacy I think it’s important to mention.

Anna was an amazing host - very friendly, funny and kind. I had the best sleeps in the bed and the fireplace is perfect for when it gets cold. We’re 5 mature ladies and holiday twice a year at different locations. Amaroo would be top of our list. Fantastic location. Easy to find. Squeaky clean, very well equipped, great kitchen facilities, spacious and peaceful. Great hot tub! We will be back!

Solstice was absolutely magnificent and fulfilled all our expectations. A stylish and beautifully designed home with gorgeous gardens gave us a wonderful family holiday. The house is beautifully equipped, great kitchen, multiple living and working spaces, stunning spa. The attention to detail here is quite exceptional. We loved eating outdoors in the sunny weather and retreated to the living room with open fire when it was misty and wet. Location is perfect, short stroll to Blackheath for great coffee, artisan bread and dining at the magnificent Ates (book ahead). Our hosts were excellent communicators and everything about our stay worked smoothly. We will certainly book again.

We have a lovely, peaceful and relaxing few nights at Dadirri Retreat celebrating a special family birthday. The house was very impressive with amazing views, great facilities and was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for three adult couples as each couple had their own bedroom space and bathroom. The house is a short drive to Kurrajong which has a supermarket, bottle shop, a few nice restaurants and cafes and a good takeaway pizza place. Simon was very friendly and available to answer questions and make our stay a great one. Would love to return one day!

This house was just perfect for our family with two young children. There is a footbridge over the driveway, which was the feature of magical tales and many make believe games. Easy walk to the centre of town. The accommodation was clean and neat and had everything we could have needed.

We enjoyed the gardens and beautiful space. It was perfect for our family of four (including 2 teens) and our dog. The beds were super comfortable. We had a really lovely time.

We had a great time staying here. It’s perfect for a group of friends to spend the weekend in Blue Mountains. It’s spotless clean, private and spacious. We had to pay a bit extra because it’s the public holiday but totally worth it if you can split the bill. The host Mary, Ally are also very responsive to our questions and helpful!
