A superb stay in Arun Kumar’s Homestay.Its flawless.Extremely well maintained just like a home away from home.Host is always responsive,attentive and helpful. The bedrooms are very good,Wash rooms are cleaned,Kitchen is fully equipped with Gas,Electric Kettle,Toaster,Mixer-Grinder,Refrigerator,plenty of utensils etc.All rooms has good furniture.His all arrangements prove that he is too caring for the comfort stay of the guests.Also he has provided a known Auto to pick up from the Railway Station.The Auto guy also a nice person.His Homestay is around 6/7 Km away from Katpadi(Nearest railway station to CMC Hospital) and Hospital is 2 Km away.All type of shops like grocery,stationary,Vegetables etc.are within 5-7 minutes walk.The property is well located in a good residential area. Guests can cook their own food or can order food from Swiggy/Zomato.

We had an amazing stay. Clean and neat. will go back again if I get a chance.

To summarize, it was near to perfect stay. We needed a neat & clean space to land as lodge/hotel are not that clean when travelling with a child. I will list the pros and cons as below: Pros 1. Very hygienic, well-maintained appt. 2. 24 hrs hot water supply from solar heater available 3. In kitchen you got everything- stove, cylinder, pan, kadhai, knife, plates, etc. and others like mixer grinder, containers etc. It's a wholesome kitchen, almost like home. Drinking water with dispenser provided, which can be refilled at chargeable basis (30/-) per can. 4. Fridge, AC, cupboard, TV with wi-fi connection, 2 tables with chairs etc are also provided. 5. The washroom is also very clean 6. The host and his family is very welcoming and responsive Cons: The only con that I feel can be addressed is the requirement of at least once a week (Sun preferably) floor and washroom cleaning as mostly patients visit and are left with no time for proper cleaning after entire day's hospital rounds.

Our host Santha ji was so nice, humble, polite, well behaved and mannered, so helpful person I have ever met. It was next to our house feelings and would love to come back.
