This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The rooms? Way bigger and better than the photos, like, 20x better. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s too good not to share. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner (so good), with a special shoutout to their Gobhi 65: it’s out of this world. The pool was incredibly clean and beautiful. But the standout feature was the hospitality, major kudos to Prakash, who was always available to arrange autos and take care of anything else we needed. If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just book it, you’ll thank me later.

The place looks just like the photo. Great for BBQ and small pool party. Place is clean. We stayed for 4 days during new year eve. Only con is, it is far for munnar city and it is 6 degree hotter than munnar. The stay has many food places near it.

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the reservoir. George was helpfull and gave local restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful property tucked away in the middle of a cardamom plantation, away from the city bustle. This place is perfect for a quiet getaway with family and friends. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The caretaker Ashraf deserves special mention for his excellent service.

The property is stunning with a serene atmosphere. The house is impeccably maintained and fully furnished. The kitchen and work area are neatly organised and equipped with all necessary facilities. Windmill Point (Kattadippadam) is just about a kilometre away, making it a pleasant walk with a decent hiking experience. Ramakkalmedu View Point is approximately 3-4 kilometres away. Adding to the charm, the property is hosted by Mrs. Surabhi and Anilkumar, who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with exceptional support and guidance throughout our stay. We felt truly honoured by their hospitality. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Calm and quiet stay, just a quick ride away from the city(~10min).Nice clean spacious rooms with adequate amenities. Smooth check and and checkout with caretaker near the grounds. The best host you can get, with fast and timely replies/ solutions with regular checks if we need anything else. 10/10 would stay there again

We been there for one night. Quiet and calm along the side of big hill. May have to be careful if you are taking front wheel drive car as the road heading to this place is quite steep.

Good place for staying with family or friends especially in rainy and winter season

Mr Avinash was an excellent host.He was very responsive.We didn't find any difficulty in checking in.He and is wife came in person and ensured a hassle free check in and gave us a home tour.The house was very clean and well maintained. It was as described in the pictures.Bathrooms were clean and house had all amenities required for our stay .Such a beautiful well maintained beautiful house in a calm atmosphere. He also connected us with a nearby hotel so we could have our food delivered home.Even the check out was also easy. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who are coming to visit ilaveezhanpoonchira or muttom town.

We had a wonderful stay at Asif’s place. The staff was very friendly and took care of our comfort. The place was also clean and had everything that one would need for a pleasant stay. The view from the property is also breathtaking. Only downsides is that our driver did not get a room to sleep in even when the resort had lot of empty rooms. Also, since the place is outside the main city, it is a bit tricky to find it after dark. Would recommend the staff to place more boards to identify the place and explicitly mention the property’s name in airbnb listing.
