The house was a classic. It was neat and very convenient to local shops and restaurants in the Statesville area. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything! You both were amazing hosts!

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The home was great. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen/dining are so spacious. Pictures of the listing don’t do it justice. It is a very clean and clutter-free home, which we enjoyed. Beds were comfy.

We were in Charlotte for the ACC tournament and this was a great location with a beautiful drive into the city. When we weren't downtown there was so much to do within 5-10 mins of the house which was very convenient. The neighbourhood was lovely, the house was homey and communication was so quick, helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb. Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Like the location, lots of restaurants near, 28 minutes from Concord Mills mall. I recommend it. Love the place.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Michael was such a KIND and heart felt host! His customer service is unmatched. He made my stay enjoyable, he was friendly, and I would highly recommend his home! He assisted me in accomplishing a quick last minute romantic set-up surprise for my husband and he absolutely LOVED IT! He was right on time with the responses with any question I needed answer. The place was neat, clean and plenty of space. It also had cool modern accessories throughout. The shower was what we needed after a long-day on our feet from Carowinds, the amusement park closeby. He also was very helpful with planning my trip/itinerary from start to finish. There weren’t any issues with check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and we didn’t feel out of place being guests. He excelled my expectations on professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here was inviting and comfortable. This will be my go-to place for anytime I’m visiting Charlotte. Michelle’s place was in a perfect location for our travels. She responded immediately when we had questions. The apartment was well stocked and beautiful in a very peaceful setting. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great place to stay very clean and very nice

this home was quite comfortable. good restaurants were within walking distance. we had to park on the street which was fine, we had no pro6parking in front of the residence.

My family and I had an amazing time at this house! Great waterfront features, very roomy, nice lake views, etc. we would love to return in the future! Only thing I will say is this house has a separate booking called the boathouse. The boathouse is a different airbnb listing, and it’s not mentioned in the description of this property. There were others staying there at the same time as us and it is on property. Next time we will book both the boathouse and the main house for optimum privacy. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you for a great few days at the lake!

We had a great time at Lake Norman. House has plenty of space and is in a great centralized location. It is down a slight offshoot from the main part of the lake which is a huge positive since there is very little boat traffic in front of the house. Quiet and peaceful. We would go back again for sure. The yard and porch are shaded with fans making it very comfortable even with heat and humidity. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right at the house. We had such a good time, we put it on the list as a location we may want to retire to. Thank you Jennifer for everything.

Native to the area. Ended up booking Melanie’s place for family to stay, due to local flood where I lost my home. This place was above and beyond, and just what we needed to escape and relax from the stresses of clean up. The house was magnificent and spotless; well stocked with all the amenities. We we’re lucky to find this place, and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway on the water, yet close enough to restaurants and local shopping.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Skylar's place was the perfect getaway for our spring break vacation! The house was well stocked, with plenty of room for everyone in our group of 15. The game room was great for entertaining, especially on the rainy days and the outdoor setup with the beach volleyball court, basketball hoop, chess, mini golf, pool and hot tub was the best! Skylar and Mak were very friendly and responsive in our communications. Highly recommend the olace for a group getaway/vacation!

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!
