Great place! Clean and in nice quiet neighborhood. Location worked great for us as was literally down the road from family. Melanie responded immediately when my tech un-knowledgeable self couldn’t figure out the door lock.

Tess was a great communicator, her place was as described and had comfy beds. Pretty good location just off 23rd Street. Would be happy to stay at her place again!

Ashely was a great host! Very fast in responding. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and Ashely was on top of it. It was fixed the next day and she even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for it. The space was overall very nice. The sofa bed was pretty small- it would be a tight fit for 2 adults. We heard the upstairs neighbors quite a bit as well- especially at night. It’s a great location- everything on Massachusetts is within walking distance. We decided to park in the lot behind the building which was very cheap. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a great stay. The neighbors located above us were noisy, however that’s possibly what comes with staying in the city. Other than the overly loud noise at odd hours of the night we enjoyed our stay. If you don’t mind the noise you’ll find this stay nice and convenient. 👍🏾

We enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for our family. This was our second stay and we were all looking forward to returning. We love the snacks and coffee variety provided. Everything is comfy and cozy and makes us feel at home. Good instructions from our hosts make our stay carefree. The townhomes are roomy, clean and comfortable. We love the location. It takes us just a few minutes to get to our favorite restaurants and stores and other things we love to do. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Good location. Clean building and unit. The garage door in the kitchen was a fun feature. You do have to pay meter parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is close to great restaurants and shopping. Instructions to check in were clear and easy to follow. We had a small issue with the reserved parking spot, but the host was quick to respond and got it resolved as soon as possible! We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

Great stay at Lance’s place - would recommend! Easy to get to the Plaza, Westport, or the highway.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.
