Apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet and sits right beside a beautiful walking path!! Our stay was just what we needed- family time! Super clean and decor I wished was at my house! We will definitely be back! Fernando was a very responsive host. 10/10

My family and I had an amazing experience at this apartment! The views of downtown Kansas City were absolutely breathtaking. The space was spotless, relaxing, and incredibly well-maintained, making it easy for us to unwind. Additionally, we felt very safe throughout our stay, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting downtown KC.

We chose this location for it's proximity to the T-MOBILE center. It was perfect! There was also a little market on the street that was very helpful so we didn't have to move our car.

This apartment was a great space that was exactly as described. Clean and new, easy to access and close to the KU campus. Would definitely stay here again!

Janet was a great host. She went above and beyond to get us there and to make our stay enjoyable. Janet had game night the first night we were there and she let us join her and her and her friends. We had a great night. Second day we went to the Bills/ Chiefs game and even though our Bills lost she did not rub it in to much😄. All in all we had a great 2 days in Kansas City and would definitely look at staying with Janet again.

The home was perfect for out multi-family visit to Warrensburg. The upstairs living area had great space for us all to gather. The porch is large and has a beautiful swing. The neighborhood is cute and well cared for. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient, easy drive to Whiteman AirForce Base.

This property was perfect for our trip to KC attending Comicon. My wife and I, our daughter and her boyfriend along with our 2 dogs stayed for 3 nights. The commute to the convention center was conveniently less than 10 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We were comfortable walking our dogs around the area. With several good restaurants within a short walk we did not make use of the well stocked kitchen. The modern home was very clean and accommodating for our group. We will definitely consider this listing for any future KC trips.

Bruce is a top-notch host. And his home…amazing. Great location just outside Kansas City. A beautiful, warm family home. We loved it! And to top it all off, Bruce gave us the stay hours after our previous host canceled…48 hours before checkin (shout out to AirB&B support as well). If you need to host a large family in KC…this is the place 👍🏾

The house was beautiful, just like the description. I enjoyed the house and my stay the home is beautiful. definitely kid friendly or a great house for an adult group to have a great time.
